Multiply the amount of COR you’re using by about 3.4ish to get the amount of water you’ll want to add. Add salt and cinnamon etc whatever spices you may or may not want before microwaving. Stir then microwave for 1 minute. Take out and stir vigorously, put back in for 30 seconds, stir more, repeat in 30 second increments after that initial 1 min to get the perfect consistency you desire! for me 2-2.5 mins is perfect. Then add whey. It’ll seem at first it won’t mix but just keep stirring and it’ll go into solution just fine

Hi Thomas, I don’t know your strength level and level of mass, but I’d imagine upper lower would indeed be the best approach. If you search the forums for “upper lower” read through those threads and you’ll find how to set it up. Focus on getting strong on the hardest lifts/compounds, not much isolation should be needed. If you’re really passionate about this style of training, you’ll get on very well. That’s the best indicator before anything else of a good split to me. You may be able to get away with 2 rotations of each to start. Let me know if you have more specific questions

25g 1 in is a very versatile needle and balances speed with minimizing scar tissue in a standard 3 ml pin well. Even if you’re not particularly lean you shouldn’t have any issues pinning glutes or any site with that. Wouldn’t advise anything bigger than 25g (so not 23g) for reasons of scar tissue buildup with chronic use

I’m assuming you’re running enanthate? If so 5 weeks is right around exactly when levels will have peaked. So the “honeymoon” is over if you will and now daily consistency of execution of all variables will determine your progress. That said, Do NOT chase the scale. Focus on progressing your training, the look/body composition and if those stall, then increase food. If you end up struggling with appetite, have a few low/very low carb days on rest days
