Actually it does as there’s no need to pin enanthate ed. The half life is 5-7 days. E3d

No sweat mate, we’re all here to get better. It’s not about making you feel small, but seeing body composition would really help inform how to best help you 🙂

Are you progressing? If yes then volume is good or could even be slightly increased possibly. If not, then pull back

Personally, pull. Assuming you’re doing a squat variation and say a leg press variation on a leg day, adding an RDL would make the session too neurologically demanding. On a Pull day an rdl could be programmed as your primary LBL move

Loaded question. Be more specific please. All depends on yourself and your own context. Hit total daily protein intake via highly bioavailable sources split evenly roughly every 3 hours. Start there

Yes it’s a nice option and would help with preventing scar tissue. Just ensure you only use slin pins on lean sites as 1/2 in needle would be sub q on something like glutes for example (all depends on how lean you are). Make sure to push needle in as deep as possible

Can you attach pics? Also what is your height? Hard to give advice based off of pure numbers at this point

IMO nandrolone. EQ isn’t as favorable in terms of benefits to sides, especially elevated RBC and unless you can find bold cyp the undecylenate ester is extremely long. Why two different esters of test?

30 ml pre bed, helps lower FBG and thus reduce appetite on wake following morning

I meant an isometric in the sense that the tension is constant. If the traps are in a constant state at either end I can at least personally connect better. Feel free to correct if I’m still wrong as I know this is an unconventional thought. first idea is a bit confusing you’re right. if they’re fully shortened and kept there you could theoretically do it this way to feel the side delt with the traps exaggerated like this. The second option is less confusing with the traps fully lengthened and kept there with the partner monitoring. I gleaned this from Dr. Scott @scott-stevenson on a recent muscle minds

I’m not Dean but he’s a busy man so I’ll chime in. I don’t see bloods attached..so please try again and I’ll come back. As far as glutathione make sure it’s liposomal and a good starting point is 450-500mg/week. Evaluate from there with more bloods
