Pecs are one of my favorite sites. I have always pinned by going three finger widths above nipple, and 1-2 either outside of that or inside. Never had any issues. Measure your finger widths beginning at the top of the nipple, if you did two and the first was say starting on top of the crest that would cause issues

Costco is great for literally anything, they have choice and prime quality beef. Also for fish. Otherwise Trader Joe’s and Safeway (us) depending on the item

Try DR. Dean’s trick- pinch/some sea salt in half liter of water on wake before testing. Report back if that changes things

I couldn’t pin for 9.5 days as I was on holiday so I pinned 300mg before I left to cover my bases (just started prep) then the 150 24 hours before. I was cruising on 200mg week the other 12 weeks. So yes expected to be supraphysilogical

No. How many weeks in are you? Drop the EQ. Why that would be included in a first cycle is beyond me for a laundry list of reasons

Yup you want to eek out the max possible for as long as you can with your first cycle as you’ll never respond like that again most likely.

The biggest thing I regret with my use is not starting leaner. So personally I highly advise this from my experience. I’d say visible abs at any time of day as a rough guide.Somewhere between 10-12% max, at 15% that would already be around the fattest I’d want to get from a surplus phase. If I had started there and not around 15% as I was when I started, I think I would’ve made progress a lot quicker as you can commit to the phase longer and not have to be constantly mini cutting. not to mention the hormonal and partitioning benefits of being leaner…Again this is all my personal views and not gospel
