    You are on the right track re dosing. For most 200-250mg/ week is a highly supraphysiological and suitable dose to start. The best thing you can do is get bloodwork to learn your baseline values and natural free and total testosterone. That would be your next step

    I think he means more on leg work for example. With stuff like pressing mechanical failure is evident but sometimes the “pain” of leg training tells us mentally to end the set before we can physically. Think of Tom platz always saying “5 more” on squats for example

    Every set to failure. Set up looks good though you may eventually need a 3rd rotation to continue progressing. Volume looks generally good, find the most you can recover from. Dr. Mike Israetel (Renaissance Periodization) has good general guidelines on volume that are similar to what you have here

    I don’t literally mean waste but not optimal. And that seems to be the paradigm of some (starting before a good natural base is established) but the reason it’s the best is you’ve never had supraphysiological testosterone levels before, and in the region of several times beyond what you naturally produce. The foundation of pharmacokinetics is minimum effective dosing.

    Agree with Sas. Also try unilateral work if you aren’t. No need to marry yourself to exercises like barbell curls for example, find what movements allow you to connect best. I like cables and machines, 1 arm preacher curls, etc. Could be feeling forearm too much if gripping too hard. Assess your execution-look at training vids on here for biceps

    Bloodwork will dictate if you should implement any of these or potentially more. There’s a few to consider. As always, your first considerations before supplements should be the root causes. Address your lifestyle and then add supplementation.

    What were the prep cycle compounds used and dosages? Use the least you can to progress as Stephen said. It sounds like you’ve already used far more than necessary given 250mg for a first time “cruise”, for many that’s a great first cycle. If so, readjust to using the least you can. Personally, I like 250mg then subsequent cycles would be 350, 450, 600. Some studies show strong diminishing returns beyond 600 test per week. At that point, depending on how you feel/like high test, either stay at 600 and add say something like 150-200 NPP or if you don’t like high test like Jordan for example, drop to 300 and add something like NPP. That’s what works for me. It took me several cycles to necessitate adding something beyond test
