1 – seems sensible enough to me but I never like to lock things in exactly as they are progress and health depending.
2 – once things such as cycle etc settle I then like to see a 4-6lb per month gain in general but for some it can be more and if body comp holds good then this for me is no issues at all.
Again these things really cant be set in stone
Thanks Hilly, all understood and I’ll crack on as a above. Miss your coaching mate and sure I’ll be back at some point in the near future

On paper this looks fine buddy. In reality these numbers can / should be ready to change depending on how you’re progressing. It’s not a linear graph so just be ready for things to vary week to week and more so be ready to change your plan as often as you need to.
1 lbs gain per week
2 lbs loss per week
Both are good (again on paper)
So keep going and be ready to constantly evaluate how you’re doing on all variables
Thanks Sas, appreciate the guidance and completely agree and understand that it’s never linear and to constantly assess as I go on.

Hi Hilly, perfect mate. All understood and appreciate it’s difficult to answer towards someone’s cycle as extremely individual. You’ve answered exactly what I needed, which was a sense check against my 300 test 200 mast cycle and not to stress over my cruise stage results. I’ll gauge all progress and sides when on this and using npp to use for future cycle designs.
Also, been following your journey with AJ and you’re looking awesome mate.

To add to above, obviously I know that running cycle amounts (c300 mg) will place well above and out of range on test levels, my guidance request was more to do with what dose to run test at for this upcoming cycle as 150mg puts me at around 50nmol/l. Would a lower test, mast and low dose npp be preferable, say 200/200/200 so 600mg total and a 100mg uplift total drugs vs previous cycle

Yup if bloods all ok keep the same buddy and just be patient in the push , go up maybe 20 pounds more and then you will be at the upper limit of bf , just be patient going up 🙂
Awesome mate, cheers 👍

if your only at week 8 of the cycle I would run bloods and if all is ok then I would continue for another 4/6/8 weeks and maximise this growth phase before moving to a cruise/trt dose and looking to hold the new tissue with better composition before planning my next move.
Thanks Peter. If bloods ok, would you keep the dose the same at 300 test 200 mast? My current pics are on an identical post down the thread as my phone managed to upload it 3 times.

I would personally run a health phase. So this allows to you push harder for longer when you crank things up. Really go for it then without worrying if cycle is getting too long
Awesome thanks Sasan and that was probably my preferred route to take. Good to get a sense check.
Also apologies if any other educators see 3 posts as my phone had an IT freak out. 4 x pics attached to my 1st post 👍

So for me personally
I would go back in at the 300mg test
I would bring in 200mg masteron for better E2 control for more favourable fat loss.
The var likely isn’t needed but if want to use 20-30mg pre workout would be nice
Very impressive approach here mate into your first AAS. Very well
Done
Hi Peter, awesome thank you. Ha, to say I’ve been educating myself is an understatement, listening to all JP’s preachings and indeed your own, Kuba and all JP educators and a wide range of approved sources.

Hey mate, thanks for the guidance as always. Yep Dave is absolutely the man and will get booked in with a full panel. Once I get my results I’ll post and if could get further guidance that would be ideal.
Have an awesome week mate

Hi Kuba, hope you’re well mate.
5 weeks post first cycle which was 16 weeks 300mg test e and been on trt at 150mg since around 1 year ago, which was as a result of below range test and oestrogen scores. Going to get bloods done with Dave at Eval as I used him last year. Question is, what blood work would you recommend? Test and oestrogen, full hormone, full panel? Planning to also do bloods again at around 6 week mark when jump onto whatever my 2nd cycle is.Much appreciated and thanks!

Hello bud
I see no issues running the test for 20 weeks as at this dose the chances of any negative sides are super slim.
However if sleep is being impacted quite bad and this could be effecting progress I would be tempted to drop to a cruise / Trt based on this.
Address the sleep apnea issue so it’s not an issue moving forward.
Use this time to solidify the tissue added while correcting sleep issues.
From here it may be worth a tidy up and then pushing on. If your prone to sleep issues getting heavier from here may make them worse if you can’t find the issue.
Thanks Peter, appreciated. So using what both yourself and Louis have said, I think my plan will be:
TRT for the next 3 weeks which takes me to 20 weeks on my 1st cycle. Then come off entirely for 4 weeks to have a full clear out. Then run blood work and see how it’s looking.
Immediately (tomorrow) drop to maintenance calories for that 3 week period to solidify gains, then run a short tidy up and assess everything before pushing up slowly again.
Bought a new pillow yesterday and some snoreeze spray and nasal strips and had best nights sleep in ages so fingers crossed.
Hope I’ve interrupted everything ok with the short term plan?

Hey mate! In my opinion 20 weeks is pretty long for a first cycle, even if it’s just test! I would probably come off and give your body a little break from that! Then get some Bloodwork done and review that side of things! In the meantime you could keep your diet pretty clean, I’m not sure if your doing any cardio but I would probably add some in and keep food fairly high and just keep training super hard. If you want to keep building muscle it will just take time and you need to keep pushing as hard as you can in the gym. I wouldn’t say increase calories yet, I would wait until your weight starts to drop.
Hi Louis, thanks for immediate reply mate and appreciate there were many parts to my question. Thanks on test recommendation and that was my plan and now confirmed following your advice. Last pin was Wednesday and will come off completely for 4 weeks then resume trt levels following blood work. My diet is all mapped out and I’m anal on hitting consistency with very little deviation if any from the plan other than 1 off plan at a weekend. Training based on progressive overload and a high intensity.
No cardio however think that’s a good point and will introduce a couple of sessions a week for heart health.
Based on current condition, sounds like we’re all ok to keep in a growing phase, continuing to take it slow and steady and until weight drops off at present caloric input. Thanks again!!
