It would be fantastic if you film the session. -
I do everything cooked, simply because I don’t have time to cook individual meals.
I prep all my meat on weekends. Even lately I’ve been buying precooked grilled chicken breast strips and obviously those I weigh out cooked.
I think as long as you are consistent, it won’t matter. The macros might not be perfect, but it will be the same for your style of cooking. I mean my chicken, rice always gets cooked the same way.

Happy Birthday Jordan! Wish you all the best, you deserve it!

Yeah, it’s great. Soon as I saw it, it sold me on the gym membership.

Oh and here is the video on the Leg Press:
-
Hey Jordan, the gym I go to actually has a equipment manufacturing division. They are located in Canada, so might be a bit pricey to get to you but maybe you can find something similar. Their leg press has the ability to lower to such a low angle that you are in a position of doing a squat. I have major lower back issues, and love this leg press. Also has the ability to be used unilaterally and has band hooks. You can check it out here:

awesome to hear Luke. Looking forward to the health supp video; love the amount of knowledge I’m picking up here… just hoping the video doesn’t make me empty the wallet ha ha

Just listened to the latest podcast today. Have a new plan for off season; operation shrink my head 😀

BTW, I always measure my meats cooked. I prep my meats for the week so just makes sense to measure cooked. Only way I would measure raw is if I was cooking all my meals individually; but I have no time for that.

Hi Jordan, When you bring in Winnie (tabs I’m assuming) are you going to split the dose into am/pm like you do anavar, or just one go morning/preworkout?
-
Never mind. Silly question. I was losing body fat at the beginning of my cut while eating 400g of carbs… so for sure I wasn’t depleted.
I guess it all just depends on caloric deficit; carb timing and insulin levels.
-
Thanks Jordan, really appreciate it. I really can’t praise enough what you are doing and the work and information you guys are putting into this website. This is your year! Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

And I guess minimal was the wrong choice of words.. more like reasonable
Nice to see a reasonable cycle as opposed to crazy high doses speculated by many or the minimally exaggerated ones by some pros claiming “only 1cc deca per week, an 10mg Dbol a day last two weeks”
-
Ha ha, true when you add up the numbers… but when the boards are filled with “Pro’s are doing 1G test a day, 20iu GH, 2100mg Tren a week…” it really does look minimal ha ha
-
That is a very minimal cycle for your level. In the last few months it has really opened up my eyes how much bad info is out there (need grams of this and grams of that), that it really is ridiculous the amount of money that is wasted and the health consequences brought on by these recommended mega doses.
It’s a really great service to the community how open you and Jordan are, and honest about how little you really need to be the best in the world if you put in the work and have the genetics to support it.
If this is enough to support your build… I should be making the most of maybe 1/8th of that ha ha, what an eye opener
Thank you
