Working hard, calories low.
Rest day, did cardio as needed then ensured steps minimum were hit.
Usually aim for 12-13k minimum but usually get 16-18k
Feeling depleted, flat and soft. Few more days of digging hard, assessing where my condition is then looking at potentially running 2 “high” days
Deficit is very steep atm, so a “high” day is still slightly in a deficit, but will help with energy and provide body with carbs.
Let’s keep this momentum going as it’s been built up big time
