I could possibly be overworking it, but seems strange it came on all of a sudden, my training hasn’t really changed much recently. Maybe now the loading has got heavier my knees cant handle it.
I have been using wraps but they don’t seem to help too much. I’ve ordered some sleeves from strength shop ordered, hopefully be here for next leg session.
So do you think if I back off and do some higher rep work my knees will eventually completely recover?
