During these periods are you taking any other supplements at all? Any peptides?
Why not try daily micro dosing the TRt and see how you get on
Supps –
Jp heart care
Jp d3/k2
Jp omega pharma pro
Bergamot
Was taking JP curcumin but stopped as didn’t help.
Milk thistle
No peptides or anything.
I have done micro dosing before and that’s what I came down from to 3 days. Even then my Hb/hct was high but nothing like this. I also don’t feel particularly good when doing micro dosing.

I assume you’re talking about steroids, then it doesn’t really matter when. I’ve done it just before, I’ve done it just after, it never made a difference to me.

MemberFebruary 15, 2024 at 9:03 pm in reply to: Constantly battling HB and HCT – Help pleaseFirstly , your awareness and work you have done is awesome. It’s quite rare to read a post like that these days where someone has actually gone, im gonna make sure I work this all out as much as I can.
I think bud, it’s not an issue based on everything you have said.
I obviously don’t want to say something that is just completely out of line, and as you know, I’m not a doctor , but you have done everything I can possibly think of to cover all your bases, and I think that’s just an abnormally high number but because of the work your doing outside of that, your not going to have any issue
Does that mean you can take more drugs ? I don’t know and would be very very careful and patient in creeping the trt if that was ever a desire ( I know you didn’t ask , but if feels like that’s what the question could be 🙂 )
Thanks, Jordan. I have spent a long time looking into everything, learning and listening to the people that know what they’re talking about like you and Dante over the years.
I have used other steroids on and off. If I use anything now, I usually keep my testosterone at my trt dose and then add primo at about half the dose of my test, with some HCG to help with estrogen, as primo kills mine (another tip from you!) which has helped me get to around 240lbs and look fairly decent at 5’8. I seem to respond quite well, and take my training Intensity straight out of your book, which helped no end for building mass, even on just trt doses, when food is in the right place of course.
My blood thickness does go up a bit while adding primo for example, but it doesn’t drastically go up. The worst I’ve seen I think was around 182 and 59 and that was trt test, 200 npp and 200 primo. I still didn’t really have any of that usual symptoms of thicker blood then either.
I’m 38 this year and looking at getting a little smaller and healthier. Obviously TRT is for life, and the blood thickness is just a concern for me. It has been on and off since I started. But there is so much yo-yo information on it!

I wouldn’t be overly worried as they can fluctuate. Could have been a tough training week. Ideally you would rest a week minimum before bloods. 5 days a week weights and cardio every day is a fair amount on the body. Vital support is the best liver support product
I had just done legs 2 days before and was a fairly heavy week so I imagine that didn’t help. I’m having this week off to freshen up thethe house to put it up for sale in January, so I’ll do that other test end of next week.

Sometimes tests can be skewed acutely by external things – being ill, cold and flu meds or simply stress on the body.
I have seen some natural clients with readings like this at times.
Considering these reads can go super high for those ill and with serious liver issues I personally would not be overly concerned.
in reality tho something must of changed in the last few months for your ALT to be higher than it ever has been -like it wont of just done this completely randomly – think illness, supplements, medicine treatments, vaccines , social life etc etc
Only supplement I’ve added recently is JP heart care, as my LDL is always naturally high so wanted to see if it helps.
I haven’t been ill since January this year where I got COVID (had to lower my test dose since then as I seem to have got even more sensitive to it weirdly). I’m not vaccinated. Only medicine I take is betahistine for potential menieres disease but I can’t find any papers to say it will increase it dramatically. Don’t ever use painkillers or paracetamol. Occasionally use gavisgon as I suffer from bad bloating sometimes. I don’t go out much at all other than to the gym and walking the dogs, I’m pretty boring these days. And I don’t drink.
Ive ordered a liver only test from youth revisited to see if it is medichecks over reading and will do that in a couple of weeks to see if this tudca is helping.

Do you work from home?
