    Its 5mg per vial, its powder so you have to buy bac water and mix it yourself

    What you may want to do is build up doses slowly and let the EQ take effect before you make increase etc

    3-4 weeks. I personally don’t see a need to front load

    Did you notice the appetite, vascularity etc in those 1st 4 weeks?

    Alex consider the sort of people they will be running trials on , it won’t be hard to get over weight people to show improvements n lipids and hba1c ….. I could do it by getting them to go for a walk with me around the block 😂

    I will use anything if I think it’s safe / in line with the goal . I have used lots of things in the past that were debatable when it comes to safety and I’m just not at that place anymore .

    Any anabolics and gh , insulin are totally fine for me , and then I’m happy to push the safety element myself in the dose , but at low doses we know these are all safe

    With the glp 1 drugs , something doesn’t sit right with me personally yet on them . This for me falls into the same area as a covid jab which I didn’t get . I don’t trust big pharma at all when they so aggressively roll something out , as it shows just how much they are keen for profits . In the past , we have seen with pain meds , when they rolled a drug out this fast , it caused a lot of problems .

    So I will sit and watch for a couple more years on these personally .

    I also have zero issue with discipline and being hungry, It doesn’t bother me in the slightest, I just have more veggies and Greek yog . So it’s not really a drug I need.

    If you are super struggling in that area then it can obv help a lot , but I’m just concerned about it

    Thanks for the in depth response, personally i struggle a lot with hunger while dieting to get lean lean but i have the same opinion on glp-1s as you, something is off. The effects on lipids and APOa APOb is interesting tho, as low dose as 1.5mg a week showed as much as 50% drop in LDL, APOa APOb in a lot of people as well as H1Abc which is superb but still something thats in early stage of development and not really years of usage in humans so hard to evaluate the safety aspect but that’s just my 2 cents on it.     You will need a tiny bit of test in there with that dose of eq , so 650/650/100 should be ok , as eq is going to lower your e2 hard and 700 nandrolone isn’t going to give you enough to cover it

    As far as nandrolone i think you’ve used npp not deca right?

    115.8 , rest day for me , diet change again tmo . Just down 40c and 5f on a training day , keeping rest day the same for now, I will

    Bring that down in the next adjustment

    Hey jordan, what’s your opinion on retatrutide, is that something you would ever use as it helps blood work from what i’ve seen

    Run it 2 on 1 off , the realism is , how big do you think your legs and back actually are ? Do you have a Dorian back and Ramy legs ?

    I think these kind of splits are silly unless you have an outrageous body part

    Hahaha this made me laugh of course not, just my legs are much bigger than my arms/delta in comparison but I’ll adjust it, maybe ULR and starting upper with triceps/delts and lower with biceps then?

    3 iu you will get a bit from it, just don’t expect anything ground breaking 3 iu is closer to replacement dose ( 1.6/2 iu is generally around that )

    Yep I’m aware of that I would love to run higher gh but 3ius cost about 300€ a month for me which is almost the whole cycle AAS wise lol

    Move triceps out of lower , can’t dk them day before / after presses . Curls into lower is fine

    Rest looks ok

    I would expect you’d need to speak to a specialist and work alongside a physiotherapist. It’s not something I can advise on.

    I’m already waiting for reumatologist appointment, read that quality curcumin might help as well as anti inflammatory diet helps so I’ll give the curecoming go

    I agree with nath here also to add what is the rest of your bloods looking like? Did you check thyroid antibodies with your blood test?

    CBC, lipids, liver enzymes as well as kidneys all clear no elevations, doctor tested me for autoimmune thyroid disease and that came back negative

    Whats your current diet set up? Whats your current body composition and do you have your bloodwork?

    Are you currently in a diet phase?

    Have you ruled out other potential causes? stress (cortisol) low iron or ferritin? Any gut issues?

    Do you utilise high days and refeeds during a diet phase?

    I wouldnt rule out T4 & T3 at replacement dose but Probably need some more info before just saying yes crack on

    I’m at maintenance level right now, around 18ish% bodyfat looking to go into diet when I resolve thyroid, yes I have blood work fT4 10.3- ref range 10.4-19 a fT3 2.5 – ref range 2.42-6 TSH 3.14 ref range 0.35-4.8, currently no stress whatsoever no gut issues I eliminate everything that I can’t digest as efficiency as possible, in diet I implement refeeds when performance dips or bodyweight stalls

    Hi Alexander. What injury have you got? Can you not train anything upper body at all or at least get some form of movement in?
