Just to be sure that there’s no volume or exercise selection issues, here are my lower days, does everything looks good ?
Day 2 Lower A

Hamstrings laying curl x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
Leg extension x 1 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR a
Adductors x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
Calves x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
Abs crunch machine x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIRDay 5 Lower B
Deadlift x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
Leg press x 1 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
leg extension x 1 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
Hamstrings laying curl x 1 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
Adductor x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR

Okay so according to your feedback I adjusted my upper days, does that look better ?

Hi Jordan, Chloe, thank you for your feedbacks ! Got it, so how much volume is fine for pressing ( and maybe pulling also ) ? Like 6 sets per week or more, less ?

Also would you do 1 or 2 working set to failure per exercise in an up lw ?
