    Just to be sure that there’s no volume or exercise selection issues, here are my lower days, does everything looks good ?

    Day 2 Lower A
    Hack squat x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Hamstrings laying curl x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Leg extension x 1 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR a
    Adductors x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Calves x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Abs crunch machine x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR

    Day 5 Lower B

    Deadlift x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Leg press x 1 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    leg extension x 1 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Hamstrings laying curl x 1 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Adductor x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Calves x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Abs crunch machine x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR

    Lower the pressing volume , the rest is fine

    Okay so according to your feedback I adjusted my upper days, does that look better ?

    Day 1 Upper A

    Inclined bench smith x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Machine shoulder press x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Chest flys 1 x 6-10 reps – 0 RIR
    Upper back row machine x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RI
    lat pulldown x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    triceps push down x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Preacher curl x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR

    Day 4 Upper B

    Seated cable row x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Single arm lat pulldown x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Chest press x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Dips x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Lateral raise machine x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR
    Hammer curl x 2 – 6 to 10 reps – 0 RIR

    Hi Jordan, Chloe, thank you for your feedbacks ! Got it, so how much volume is fine for pressing ( and maybe pulling also ) ? Like 6 sets per week or more, less ?

    Okay thank you really much ! I’ll go watch that tonight, can I ask why you did not consider fbeod though ? Like is there a particular reason why up lw would work best for me ?

    Also would you do 1 or 2 working set to failure per exercise in an up lw ?
