You’ll see more of an increase initially due to glycogen stores being replenished and more water being held.. From then on though you want a more slow and steady gain, so if you continue to gain at this rate, then pull back some food.

    Really helpful, thank you

If this all digests well and is making the right progress towards your goals then I would say this is fine.

I would defo go with D3/K2 – omega 3 pro and dream sleep.

TBJP also now does a superb multi fit product that will maximise what you are trying to achieve onto of the food choices. Is it a must no but will it be of benefit IMO yes

Thank you so much for the answers, cheers

Hi Alex, in terms of supplements I would definitely add in our new TBJP Multivitamin ‘The One’ that would be a great new addition. If you feel you need to add in another meal before bed then definitely do so, but I would have something light maybe a ProFat meal such as a clear whey/ whey iso pro with some nut butter maybe or a light salmon and veg meal. Otherwise the diet looks great plenty of fruit which I always like to see looks very balanced!

Would the multivitamin still be beneficial even though my vitamin intake is good through my diet alone. Was also debating getting a sleep aid, omega 3, d3 and k2 and perhaps a magnesium suplement but according to the cronometer its mostly fine, cheers
