I was thinking of changing the 1 set of biceps per fb day to 2 and see how I respond to the increase in volume, FB A including EZ bar curl and secondly sing arm preacher, FB B starting with machine preacher followed by hammer curls

I personally would have a different variation here

How about a EZ bar cable curl ?[/quote]

Yes, go with an high incline EZ-bar cable curl, and then into a preacher curl variation.

Would a standing EZ bar cable curl be as effective?

I like to hit the biceps from a majority of positions – I would have a preacher variation, an variation where the lengthen position of then bicep is really challenged like a incline DB curl and a hammer curl. That way you know you’re hitting every aspect of the bicep.

I’ll go with implementing a dumbell incline curl on one of the days instead Thankyou for the help

Personally I’d have a different variation rather than doing the same preacher

I appreciate the feedback, would i be probably be better off to replace one days exercise with a straight bar cable curl? Or should I look into other exercises for biceps

100% train your abs/core like any other muscle group. They can be trained more frequent also

What are good movements that can be progressively overloaded overtime for someone who does not have an ab crunch machine in their gym?
