Yeah I agree, If you are quite long in tooth with these things you tend to find coping strategies that may help at times, but there is always help out there, I cannot begin to describe what I went through in my twenties-genuinely not something I would wish on any living being, and I have no doubt I shall struggle to my dying day but there’s one things I am certain of and that’s i ain’t giving up. 2 books which really helped me were Paul Cohelo’s The Alchemist and Vicktor E Frankl Aans search for meaning, I have put a picture up of a famous quote that I have framed

If I could help ease someone’s suffering regarding mental health then I would gladly help that person in any way I could and I do that everyday of my life, thats what gives my life meaning, and that’s whats important IMO

    Sorry to ramble

    All the best guys

Glad to hear you are scripted from the docs. Taking 500mg of B6 before starting nandrolone can help keep prolactin in check without the use dopaminergics, Primo is also an option I would look into, side effects are very tolerable in the majority of people. All the best mate , any questions regarding anxiety or this sort of stuff in general just ask

    Regards

Leaness is based on calorie balance, it when preserving muscle tissue anabolics helps. Having said that mineral ( mainly sodium) balance controls water retention, so many option that some rule out as off season drugs, help maintain fullness, so a small dose (300mg) npp and oxy’s preworkout will let you diet into a calorie restriction while maintaining fullness, these drugs will not stop from appearing very lean. If not that, then most people choice is Primo.
    Hope this helps

Thanks for your input Louis, I didn’t think it mention that point as I thought i was obvious. EQ is not even worth the mildest almost unnoticeable anxiety you could get, let alone what you have described. EQ can be replaced by a multitude of other compounds and brings absolutely no unique tricks to the table . I dont mean to sound offensive, but what you are going through is not worth the minimal benefits EQ has, offset against even short term use of benzos makes EQ pointless. I hope you can get a few nights sleep and if it goes any further than that I would be honest and go and see a doctor.

If I you feel I can provide any solutions please ask

I hope I have been helpful

    Thanks

Split into 4 doses, and use every 36 hours, however this should be based on e2 blood results

Than more frequently the dose the more consistent the action of the drug, as such I would always choose a more frequent dosing schedule irrespective of half life, so 36 hours , i would take it every day if it was dividable in such doage form but that just my preference

    Hope this helps

    You’re most welcome
Your spot on about NHS TRT options, i know what you mean about endo’s ? I see their bag as uncontrollable diabetes management and life threatening endocrine disorder (not to denigrate TRT, it has its place, i just think that’s where they have had their training), UK privately ATM I’m on 125mg Sust a week
I can see your predicament but anything other than low end T will surely raise an eyebrow, its pretty standard with Nebeido you get a good month ok month shit month. However, you don’t want em bottomed, mighr sound like a stupid question but could you just send a finger prick sample in the ‘post’ ? then you know when you’re low, get booked in, have the shitty low bloods done, and then back to normal
    Any other questions fire away
    Regards

What product is it ? The hormone has fallen out of solution as either:an inadequate amount of sovent/too much hormone(relative to solvent concentration)/the product has been stored in a cooler environment than which it was formulated.

Put the vial in about a 3rd of its height deep in of water in low sided pan (ideally an hot plate but i doubt you have one ?) and steadily warm the water, it might not need to boil, some hormone melting are less than 100c so theoretically temperatures exceeding that could result in damage of the hormone/s, but it may need to be boiling, i would have a green/blue pin stuck through the vial top to equalise any +/- gradient differences in pressure

If you draw from that vial with crystals in it, its pretty much safe to say it will be at lower concentration than advertised

    Hope I have been helpful

    Any questions please fire away

Depends on why you are donating, in the UK you can’t donate if youve ever pinned yourself. Any androgen stimulates erythrogenesis to some degree if it remains high for a sustained period of time (and you’re not dehydrated or a smoker)a venesection/blood let would be advised to keep RBC in count. At that point your cycle you would be removing some blood volume, good in the long run, negative as it will reduce fullness. Depends on where you live too.

    Hope this helps

It certainly does suck. Benzodiazepine use is potentially beneficial in the very short term, to calm the mind so you can see your anxiety for what it actually is and let the moment pass without triggering awful anxiety. However, I warn you that dependence is living Hell, so even in the short term you have 2 things you cannot overcome, tolerance and dependence, which begins from the first dose. If your doctor determines the risk of those factors outweighs the awfulness of your anxiety, then they help you, but they are a tool, like all drugs. Alprazolam is particularly addicting due to its short action, intermediate/moderate length acting benzos may be scripted like lorazepam. IMO I would always avoid diazepam at all costs, unless anxiety is crippling and that your only option, as diazepam has an active metabolite called desmethyldiazepam which has a 200 hr half life, so essentially a dose of diazepam is in your blood for 6 weeks, take it again in that time, and your risking dependence.

I would honestlt try something called ashwagandha (ksm66) is very anxiolotic and calming. Genuinely speak to a doctor not a dealer about benzodiazepine use. I hope I can provide some help, but please consider my warnings, I speak from personal experience.

All the best, any questions please ask

    Regards

They are pharma quality/prescription-grade but you can buy OTC (you can from Boots-UK), you can ask for those that given on prescription, I did this and my local pharmacist said no problem but its expensive, then he said for most dosage forms I just pull the stock off the shelf (as in the shelf in the shop not inside the pharmacy), I was like what? Do you trust the stuff of the shelf? He said regulations had changed so pharmacists could pull ‘medication’ of the shelves for convenience and cost but in doing so they had to guarantee their legitimacy. So in Boots in the UK you can ask your pharmacist for prescription omegas or just pull them off the shelf. You also have tested by sport now.

I have attached 3 pics, first one was the cover of the book-The Maudsley Prescribing Guidelines aka Psych meds and treatment options

The second is a page from the adjunctive medications, you can see highlighted in orange it recommends 1000-2000mg EPA (and testosterone in green if you are interested).

The third shows the supporting studies should you wish you to do further research

Completely agree about social/lifestyle factors, as you said these are potentially the biggest thing

    Hope this it helps

    Andrew
