Andrew , I love that you share , but we have to smash those posts with tons of disclaimers to try to scare people off like Brandon who I can tell is already thinking about trying this when I know he is not even close to needing to consider it.Brandon, put on 30-40 pounds of muscle with just moderate aas doses and then revisit this please . Same for everyone else The post Andrew has put up is basically what Jamie and Kuba did in offseason ( pros ) , I don’t because my gut wouldn’t handle it but I have essentially done it with Milos in the past just excluding the long slin . Please please please don’t be idiots guys , this stuff won’t make you grow faster before you need it , and need is such a ridiculous word also , no one needs it . So , want it ….
Thanks for that Jordan, I was going to state in my next posts that these compounds are very dangerous, and if ‘misused’ (however you choose to define that term) can cause irreparable physical damage. What I am discussing here is a scientific hypothesis of the pharmacological mechanisms of action based upon research not ‘gains 20lbs in 30 days’ bullshit. Many of these mechanisms are not fully understood and if anyone wishes to swim such deep waters it’s at his judgement of the research. I am not a doctor, medically trained, or even a competitive bodybuilder, I’m just a science nerd who likes to discuss his ideas and help people with their bodybuilding/strength related goals where and when I can. Going forward I shall preface and end my post with a clear disclaimer, please don’t take these statements as being sarcastic or piss-taking as they will be outright obvious. Brandon I understand your desire, as the old Buddhist truism states when you are ready my friend the teacher shall appear
sorry don’t mean to be piss-taking or withholding something, I just genuinely know these ideas wouldn’t be of any benefit mate, and that the god’s honest truth. Please take this is constructive criticism, my intention is not to demean you in any way, ironically quite the opposite. Please stay say safe fellas Regards Andrew

I just love to learn and expand my knowledge. Much like you I am a science nerd and love to hear new idea and ways of thinking about things and how the human body works. I am just absolutely fascinated but all of it which is why I ask these questions.
Thanks for replying Brandon. I think personally I should have made the point more broadly, so the information could be used by someone who is naive enough to think it would help them, I apologise if you feel a scapegoat for this point, and I am glad your intentions are to discuss the workings of the human body and are fascinated by it just like us, and I hope anything I have said has not discouraged you from asking away-as I (and I’m sure Hilly too, I just don’t want to speak on his behalf) would normally welcome your questions with appropriate answers, I think when you get this deep too, you are taking a risk sharing the information in the fact that if misused its highly dangerous, and as much as I like to discuss things and indulged someones search for knowledge I would be mortified if someone came to harm by misusing what I had said. I hope that clears things up.

@Hilly, we need to get to know each other at some point brother and swap our crazy ideas, not sure what we could come up with 🙂
If I am overstepping a line at any point here lads and discussing things inappropriate please yank me back in line.Wow we certainly have similar ideas of what this could look like and I’m impressed you’ve read Duchaine’s work, I could potentially point you in the direction of some other seminal bodybuilding chemistry books and info, which helped develop a some ‘ideas’, can imagine you have read many, but like Duchaine many are very niche and obscure
I’m glad you mentioned digestion as it’s a very important point-it is very vogue at the moment but is very important as it is that rate-limiting factor for growth, no drugs can circumvent this. You can create all the nitrogen retention you want but without constant meals/digestion you aren’t moving forward, and that when I became intense about nutrition too. This is the past for now though, circumstances are a little different.
However, something that can help in this area is appetite stimulants-1st gen antihistamine H1 (potential H3) poorly selective antagonists, ghrelin mimetics, THC/CBD-Now available even through bodybuilding sources, 1 ml pen of oil 55%THC. I have personally experienced all the above.
Regarding what you mentioned I think would work fantastically, yeah the With SHIC, creating the cascading effect of GH, you could potentiate the environment like you said about hyperplasia downstream, like you said potentially using a few of the niche products.
Myostatin- follistatin/yk11
Inflammatories-arachidonic acid, that is one thing that can be potentially utilised by those in an intermediate phase of development, like most things it usually is effective if ran in cycles, I suggest you base dosage around the level of DOM you can handle, get William Llewelyn’s X-factor.
Pre-workouts, modafinil/Cialis/beta-agonist. Modafinil just gives that ability to focus on the contraction and Cialis/Viagra provides excellent blood flow, I have tried this with some definite increase in training. If you were to look at Milo’s inspired giant sets/peri-workout nutrition/insulin+GH this would make for crazy training sessions. Blood-flow restriction training could be a potential consideration, I would imagine the GH dose would certainly combat metabolic stress. It would be enjoyment to nail all the nutrition/rest around the workout, the potential for considerable sarcoplasmic hypertrophy
PPAR agonists, cardarine, some people have utilised s9009, however if it is inferior compared to cardarine, this is something I have experienced. The cardiovascular capacity increase went from shit and gassed all the time, to being able to train comfortably to muscular failure, which seems ridiculous but when I was over 350lbs
MGF- another growth factor a splice variant of IGF, could be beneficial in that downstream time
EPO and AKT signal pathway, could you have this benefit while avoiding acute hematocrit levels with bloodletting/venesection?
aminoglutethimide – crushes cortisol (and all steroidogenesis for that matter so e2 would be low) , good short term -joint destroyer in the medium/long term
bromocriptine – prevent leptin drop off in a slight kcal restriction, sides are a motherfucker though
The above 4 items I have never personally taken, and I mentioning them purely for the purpose of this discussion.Curveball- Genetic testing-I am doing some research into genetic testing, and essentially it interests me why people can take GH/Peptides and get a good IGF response and others not (all other things being objectively equal as possible). Or am I looking at it the wrong way round and those that don’t get the IGF response have (have it better than a great igf spike) less beta-cell damage and don’t run the risk of promoting cancer, but get the fat-burning benefits, I think it’s a double edges sword. However, I see in the near future/if not already genetic testing for IGF response. Just need to do some digging, I think the tests are potentially already available. So before you spend decades going the GH route you can have a genetic test to see if it’s worthwhile, suppose it depends on what you want it for.
Like Hilly I wouldn’t like to provide too much detail to these points as I feel these compounds are very dangerous, and to be honest many of these things I have not personally experienced myself or closely supervised someone doing, and I am primarily suggesting them as topics of research, these opinions are just a scientific postulation and if one wishes to swim such dark waters it’s at his judgment of the research not of mine.
Out of interest do you have a coach mate or do things yourself? We can always learn from others, but it’s evident you are well versed with these processes, and I’m not some arrogant prick touting for business lol I’m just interested. If I should set this post as private just give me the nod.
I feel your pain for test at 3-4 had that for a while, just got on proper TRT almost 6 weeks ago and starting to feel a lot better. 125 mg sust a week.
Stay safe fellas- do your research

Interesting @hilly,
to take it a little step further you could consider that GH is only 1 component of the ‘growth’ attributed to the physical development of the structures of the body. So in theory, don’t quote me on this, but the GH is released every 3-5 hours by a series of nerve cells on the anterior lobe of the pituitary/and blood flow increase in a network of vessels which run down the pituitary stalk. Either way a significant dose of GH every 5 hours, the resensitisation of cells regards to GH is about 3-5 (I think, I have the papers somewhere) regarding lipid mobilisation, however as Stephan mentioned in his advanced GH video, even though GH has relatively short half-life thus excreted from the body quite quiclkly, its metabolic effects remain present for longer than the active life of GH.
I don’t wish to be suggestive but with such a dose of GH, Basal and bolus insulin could be implemented, to maximise IGF production in the liver (also you would want e2 to be toward the top end of the range in the construction of such an environment/AI use limited and e2 controlled with DHT-high dose proviron 100-150mg if needed, Materon p/e) this would drive mTOR which with the carbohydrate intake a combined intake of an unrivalled amount of protein could be consumed say 750grams p/d (use great tasting whey iso with 4 scoops, normal protein absorption rates at this point are unfathomable). You could use Lantus (Levermir if you must be can cause vision problems) Aspart/Lispro /glulisine around your workouts semi-Milos style with EAA’s/BCAA’s/Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin, but not quite as extreme. Novorapid the rest of your meals, you want the insulin to match the carbohydrate intake, not eating/drinking carbs to fill and insulin debt. At this point our theoretical bodybuilder may want quater/half tab of dyazide to pull some water off (which will huge)to reduce blood volume partially preventing rapidly increased demand on the heart. If not blood pressure will creep/skyrocket, you could use an ACE-Inhibitor-Lisinopril fits the bill, but prevention is cheaper than the cure, its a dangerous balance. An understanding of kidney function and mineral balance is imperative (hypothetically).
When I read some Duchaine’s stuff (ok I know I’m crazy, but I’m too curious) he talked of a preemptive period. Where body fat would be controlled he suggested 12% on calipers, I reckon you can run it higher than that but that further the increase the worse the trade-off, an inverse exponential relationship, more fat for less muscle at an increasing rate, and you can’t flex fat:) Ducahine suggested DNP/Metformin combo, can see how the mix would work, but obviously unnecessarily dangerous at this point. IMO all you need is the hypocaloric’s state greatest weapon, diet and cardio .
As I have expressed before bodybuilding is about chipping away, small gains made indefinitely, not big jumps, unless towards the start of using AAS or anything thing similar, this is just a scientific suggestion of what ‘child-like growth spurt’ could be like if implemented using the miracle of modern pharmacology (obviously completely theoretical). These ideas lie on a continuum, and this is just science, abuse of the ideas will not only be abdominally detrimental but a major risk to your health.
Sorry about the rant fellas-Modafinil too late in the day- This is a theoretical idea, not to be tried, however I welcome anyone who wishes to discuss these crazy ideas 🙂
All the best fellas-Stay safe

Generally agree with Brandon, they definitely did use to be sis labs, its relabelled generic GH
Pharmaqo are staking their reputation on the product and thus obviously are those involved, due you trust them as much as the backers of pfizer 🙂 ok its an extreme example but my point is do you trust the integrity of this lab to be able to sequence 191 amino acids rDNA from mice or e.coli? People test generics and they come back good, many people use them and you dont hear horror stories, but the point is your taking a punt. At this point, if you need/want GH I personally would only take tested or free generics. Then Ansomone, you can talk to them and they seem very open if you get my point. Then pharma
Hope this helps

h is wayyyy over thinking like I said not to lol.
I do try to be how I recommend but these things slip through.
it
Made me laugh my myself lolGreat post as always
Genuinely made me laugh, because I then thought ‘well it depends on the GH, do I trust the anti-microbial capacity of pharma but not generic?’, but then I’m going back and forth with myself.
Essentially, there are so many ways to skin a cat
Do whatever consistently works for you consistently (lol)
I’m trying to think of the whacky/stupid ideas I have heard thrown around about GH. GH intravenously! GH blasts! 32iu a day for as long as you can handle/afford it, the list goes on. I can imagine someone could provide an argument for some of the afromentioned

Agreed with Hilly-a bit of analysis paralysis.
One point, personally I would subq GH, no special different pathway 🙂
, just avoid the risk of an IM infection, which at its worst could be very detrimental to your physique, subq on the stomach easily removedDon’t let what you can’t do stop you from what you can, once said a wise man, so those who succeed focus intensely on what works and the minutia details are outweighed by the effective adherence to what works indefinitely
Keep it real simple, then repeat, until you see a change, then correct variables
Sorry for the rant
Hope this helps
Andrew

Personally if it was my money, refrigerated all the time, its a 191 sequence of amino acids so its delicate, another personal thing is I don’t keep GH/Peptides in the door/ butter dish as slamming the door 20 times a day could do some damage. Having said that, that’s me being extreme and realistically the deterioration of GH lies on a continuum. What I would suitably advise is you keep it in the fridge when mixed, having said that I believe norditropin has a pen which has a 45day ‘life’, I remember it being marketed as that point so when mixed it does not need to be kept in the fridge for up to 45 days. At uni, I had one of those little beer fridges in my room for that type of thing, 2 other options is if you know the gym owner well ask them if you can keep it in a shaker in the bottom of his fridge, or a training partners fridge, have it all drawn out in the dose you want, so in the shaker you have say 20 insulin pins with 2iu of GH in, and then take what you need for the next day or so. Another thing you could do is go to a longevity doctor, get a wellbeing script for GH, dont cash it in as it will cost a small fortune, but you could show it your missus to say thats why you need your tackle in the fridge.
Bit of a rant really, hope I have been of some help
Any further questions, please feel free to ask

Yes they can certainly be effective preworkout. Steroid not only have an anabolic component but the androgenicity can drive the CNS and neural pathways in the body.
For pure aggression the halo/mtren/cheque drops/tren-test suspension
But for effective workouts, anadrol/anavar/superdrol will work very well, even if just taken preworkout
Most of the information regarding this type of use is anecdotal and there is lacking in substantial academic literature, however as I said above they do certainly work preworkout, as many people will attest. if you wish to speak of specific pharmacology relating to these drugs then just ask, I won’t bore you with endless details.
Many sportsmen and women test positive because they work, its that simple 🙂
Any question fire away

Do let us know how you get on with cardiologist today buddy, then I could potentially recommend some appropriate anti-anxiety measures if they are required All the best Andrew
Hey man, the cardiologist basically told me I’m all good and that it was most likely a panic attack. I got an ultrasound on my heart as well and said everything looks good. I trained 3 times hard since then and haven’t had any issues. After he told me I may be psyching myself out I suddenly calmed down a lot. Now if the kidney’s come back fine when I get my bloodwork results Wednesday I should be ok and may not even look into anxiety meds now that I can most likely pinpoint the cause. Was wondering if maybe high estrogen levels caused it. I had no estrogen sides that i could notice so hadn’t used any AI but bloodwork might say otherwise, and that may have played a part.
That’s good news my friend. I’m glad he provided you with some perspective.
If you are uncertain about anti-anxiety meds then I would stay away as they like all medications they can have some unpleasant side effects, but they serve an essential purpose for those for whom its necessary.
Psychologically to feel such discomfort drives you to pinpoint an answer to find a solution why will alleviate the discomfort. However, this in itself can be anxiety-provoking, so when it happens your mind is racing to find an answer, so now maybe you can take comfort in the fact the appears to be no physical damage to your body.
High levels of estrogen could create a biological environment that could make you feel anxious, but it is the mind that drives the wheels behind how you feel, irrespective of e2 levels.
I would honestly recommend some of the supplements, do look into them. You are training which is great and shall elevate your mood.
Regarding gear, you might have it in your head now that eq makes you anxious, other people say it does and its a self-fulfilling prophecy, so maybe stay away. I would recommend TRT for the meantime as I feel a pct would be unsettling, I don’t know if you blast and cruise, but either way I would TRT.
Any questions fire away and keep us updated

Persoanally driking egg whites worked well for me, I did suffer some initial GI distress but that went away, until I contracted campylobacter. Aweful is an understatement, required hospitalisation. As said above the eggs whites must be pasteurised, it is not sufficient to use eggs stamped with ‘salmonella free’. Egg whites in a carton should be pasteurised in the UK and if consumption makes ill you would have a case for civil recompense.
Regarding digestive issues, it is well documented in the scientific literature:
‘Molecules that are associated with hypersensitivity to eggs are mainly concentrated in egg white, with ovalbumin, lysozyme, ovomucoid, and ovotransferrin being the major egg allergens’*
The journal I have quoted makes very good reading for egg fans, it is quite extensive and covers a lot of ground

You’re welcome. You are quite right when you say, be it anxiety or another diagnosis that makes you feel this way can lead to escalating negative thoughts associated with the way you feel and it’s a vicious circle, which then makes you feel worse and thus justifies some diagnosis (whether it does or not is up to your doctor). However you are clearly cognisant of this, and when you feel anxious it might be helpful to remind yourself of this fact. Easily said I know.
Regarding it being the EQ, the jury is out its neurological impact, but I think the internet craze of EQ causing anxiety is way overblown, its a testosterone derived anabolic that aromatises at 50% of the rate comparative to test. Why this drug over say Deca would have some pronounced anxiogenic effect is beyond my understanding of chemistry and neuroscience. If anyone could add to this discussion with scientific literature, I would be eternally grateful.
Next to your Haematocrit I would suggest you get you HbA1c tested. This could test for underlying glucose intolerance which could cause these problems. I would also buy a blood glucose monitor and blood pressure cuff, to ensure these are in check. Any of these factors could lead to the symptoms you have mentioned. All of these things aside, potentially it could be the fact that you pushing into new levels of development that require far greater nutritional support.
I would keep a track of everything for now on (if not already), so you can look back make any relevant assessments of this situation if required in the near future, however don’t drive yourself mad.
I would definitely recommend the health supps and physical monitors to track your daily/weekly/monthly physiology
All the best
