I would go doctors and raise this with them, the only time I have seen prolactin this high was in my dads bloods and he had a prolactinoma.

There could be an error with the bloods also

Cheers mate thats my plan first thing monday morning. Very weird having zero sides im hoping its an error

Me too mate, Join In has been genuinely brilliant for me.

Excited for you to try it, it’s made a genuine difference to me

Ive been taking the full joint stack along with tb500 for my bicep tendon to heal and it must be working because its healing so quick in my opinion. Into forth week now and got full movement in my arm and wrist with no tightness and been getting on with my day to day life really easily for weeks

Where do you inject it for a torn bicep?

Tb500 you can inject anywhere subq as it finds the location to heal. Its only 157 you need to get it close to the location. Am i right?

Sweet, curls very soon then slowly increasing load , sets of 30 reps , be patient !! Curl SLOW , listen to the bicep , literally
Start with 0.5kg , but the progress comes fast once you start , the next day usually feels like can then do 0.75 then a few more days can do 1kg

Champion thats noted cheers mate! i cant wait to bounce back from this

    Gd side entirely as normal

Light side out of the sling asap, 7- 10 days and work on moving it through full ROM super steadily , once you can full ROM , start holding a 0.5kg then a 0.75 then a 1kg then 1.25 etc
Etc , every day full rom
    Work , until it’s back to 5kg /
10kg / etc etc , every day blood flow super patient , then viola it’s back to normal work

Ok cheers bud. Yeah arm came out sling/splint on day 7. Its now been two weeks post op and arms feeling good i nearly have full ROM now just about fully straighten my arm but still needs couple days i think.
Thanks so much for the first advice on my injury post otherwise i wouldnt of had a clue how and would of just took the doctors advice. Had check up with surgeon yesterday and he couldnt believe how well my arm was doing

Joint stack will defo help a lot as you need the raw material to help repair everything and that’s what they do , peptides i think tb500
    Is also useful

Really appreciate this mate thank you

Get the op , get it out of the sling the sooner the better so your able to move it around very carefully , the moment you can do curls with your arm without weight, start by holding 1kg , then 1.5kg , then 2kg – curls every single day , slowly slowly slowly creeping . Blood flow is absolute key .

I personally after surgery would then bin off any further advice from anyone else and then focus on my own rehab , but I’m extremely experienced with rehab and know I can heal stuff fast!

Just get it out the sling the moment your confident too, whatever the surgeon says ( don’t even ask him, they will tell you some bollocks to stay in the sling for a month) but if your out in 10 days , by a month your already doing curls

Thanks so much. Is there anything supplement wise that i should use to help the process too? The joint stack for example? Or even peptides? I dont know a lot about them but id just like it back to normal asap

Yes the ones Adam states above is great – I also like to start my session with some calf raises – non weighted just getting my ankles working and some heel raised squats non weighted to ease myself into getting to work with ankle mobility – I try to do the calf raises uni laterally – have you hurt the ankle that has less mobility before?

I heard someone mention calf raises first in leg session so i have been doing that a while now but i will defo incorporate the elevated heel squats too thanks meg!
Im pretty sure ive injured my ankle in the past at some point and then completely avoided barbell squats because im usually fine on hacks and can find s decent position with full knee flexion on leg press but i dont want to be stuck doing just those two.

Pop onto YouTube and search “Squat university ankle mobility”

There are a couple of good banded mobility drills there which should help

The blood markers indicate you may of been poorly at time of bloods.

HDL – I would look to increase your good fat in take if you can however for alot of us getting HDL higher than this on cycle is difficult. If you are not using TBJP love heart then I suggest adding this in.

LDL – is IMO fine but adding in some HIT cardio would help

Prolactin is a tad high – vitamin B6 300mg will bring this down

progesterone is a little high but if your getting no sides I would not worry here.

Free test and test are high as you would want.

    E2 is in a good spot –

SHBG is fine – its the AAS lowering this and common on cycle

    Thanks for response mate.
Just out of curiosity which part makes you think i was poorly when bloods were taken? As i felt fine at the time.
I can do that for HDL i have been neglecting my good fats as much these past few weeks however i have been taking the full range of tbjp health supps i.e love heart, vital supports, cure coming and added in omega pharma this past week or so (had been using omega V previous which was slightly more cost effective)
I have been taking 300mg vit b6 for quite some time now actually. Wondering whether the one im using isnt very well dosed. Was from amazon not expensive and you do get a fair amount of pills in the tub. Not sure if you could suggest a brand to purchase?
    Thanks again

have you done research into what these markers mean? If you are going to get them tested and use hormones its good to have a base understanding of this.

The top 2 readings can read as low when we are fighting a viral infection of some sort :).

So this would be by first guess as to why they are low, if not then it could be something more serious[/quote]

I have done with most of them with my past bloods but ive always overlooked that part stupidly, and when ive went back ive noticed theyve been just under the low end on neutrophils every time
