Thanks Kamara! Ya, I can imagine it will be a worthwhile investment. Picking one up tomorrow 🙂 Walking in the dead heat of NYC in August doesn’t sound that appealing this summer lol. I’m mostly struggling to retain lean mass while cutting and, have a few overuse injuries that get in the way sometimes. I’m hoping getting more steps in will aid with recovery and help me shed a few more pounds before continuing this epically long bulk. Planning to post some progress photos in a few weeks to gather some general thoughts on how I’m looking and what I should be realistically expecting at this stage. Thanks for asking!

Thanks everyone! Peter, I’ve been going for walks in the morning with my son since I’ve been tracking my steps and I’ve been absolutely loving it. It’s been a game changer for my mood and overall mindset. But, definitely needing more expenditure. To answer Michaela, I’m in a deficit right now and having trouble cutting some access fat! Not to mention, I’m also not as far along as a lot of that guys on this platform (167lbs, 5’10” and about 10%bf, down from 185lbs 12 weeks ago)

Right on. Thanks so much!

Hey Andy, even in a small place you can get a walking pad which is literally like a small treadmill but just the base part which can be put away 😊
Thanks Rhea! That’s great to know. I’m going to pull the trigger on one of these

Can you not get a desk treadmill? They just slide under a standing desk, they look like they would be £200 max
Thanks for responding Jordan! It is possible but space is an issue as I’m in a small apartment in NYC. I’ll look into options 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Thanks everyone for the help! It’s nice to have some directions here. I’m based in NYC and with my insurance, I have to schedule an appointment with my physician, to then get a referral to go see a nurse practitioner who will draw the blood. But, maybe there are some work around here

Hey everyone, I looked into Alpha T but unfortunately, the shipping costs to the states are a little out of range for me. Does anyone know something comparable in America or a brand to look into?

Thanks so much everyone!

Personally I would go another 6-8 weeks and get a good chunk off and then move to a big slow and steady growth phase
Thanks so much Peter! As for a growth phase, I’m sure it’s case by case but, how long would you recommend a growth phase?

I would push the fat loss more here!
You can still keep the training intent of improving muscularity whilst dieting!
And once you’re lean lean then start pushing back up steadily
Thanks so much Michaela!

Take a look at the two new TBJP Supplements, Turkesterone and Natural Physique. These 2 stacked together will have an impact on strength, performance and recovery for natural athletes.
Thanks Clara! Congrats on your pro card as well. I really appreciate all of the advice you’ve given me on this app ??

Do you mean things like turkesterone etc ?
Thanks so much for getting back to me! The legend himself. I suppose anything that will help with test output/production since I’m now in my mid-30s
