Ok so Im booked in on the 1st May to donate
would it help to take asprin to aid thinning in the mean time ?

Thanks Dean
Yes MPV, sorry.
So a donation would help rectify this ?
would you expect any symptoms from high RBC ?

Ive ran it for the first 6 weeks for a prep to load up ( if thats actually a thing )
1000 mcg per weekthat along with good adaptogens saw a night / day difference in my mood – rest quality – energy levels – sleep and fat loss speed

Hey Dean 🙂
After reading your blog on the use of DNP and the supps you took at the same time
“An increased pyruvate need will be required to support increased Krebs turnover – Calcium Pyrvuate upon waking.
PQQ to aid mitochondiral biosynthesis during night – Take before bed.
Liposomal glutathione – your mitochondria use most of your body’s glutathione to quench oxidative phosphorylation – Take before bed.””would these supps be useful for a healthy fat burning environment at normal times , like prep but when not using DNP ?
In my last prep I took calcium, 600mg AM and 1200 PM.. but not the pyruvate type.
I now guess this would not have any beneficial impact and the Krebs cycle ??Cheers

Hey Dean .
Just wondering what your thoughts are on the effectiveness of BPC-157 and TB500 on muscular tears / strains??
Are they really most useful for tendon issues or is there a place for muscular problems too ?
cheers

Seeing as you have oral winny in at 2 x 50mg / day
Have you ever ran injectable winny and do you see a benefit to the oral over it.Oral winny and orals seem to impact my gut so trying to work out if the inj route would be better (more expensive I think)
You thoughts would be great mate …
Cheers
