I was in a similar boat, used silly doses even dabbled with tren when I was a lot younger and not properly clued up.
Took a long break away and am now gaining nicely on 250 test a week with a ‘diet and training’ over gear attitude.
Agreed I would probably gain more with slightly more however taking JPs advice on i am sticking with this then will push it up later on, slowly but surely.
Give it a go and see really.

MemberFebruary 3, 2018 at 1:33 pm in reply to: should i push bodyweight/strength up at this bf%?I would personally keep pushing the weight up. I’m a higher bf than you and still gaining nicely. Albeit fat along with it but id say keep going then do a mini cut later on then go again.
Others may have better advice than me though. Depends on your goals really.

Im with JDH hit it now to save any issues down the line, stick with the the nolva at 40mg daily and throw in the adex too to get on it asap, defo suggest hitting it hard now, try the 40mg daily nolva to attack it and if no joy then consider stopping but I’m sure more definitive advice will come.

Just to add to this I did actually buy the bulk powders one and it’s rank in a shake so I use it to make up protein pancakes and it takes ok.

Is your phone on silent? I can only hear sound when phone is not on silent

I didn’t even know powdered s/potato was a thing, I see bulkpowders stock it so I’m gonna give it a whirl to bang in some extra carbs. Thanks Robbie

I was just about to post a similar question so poking my nose in for ideas 🙂

This is interesting as some people say more frequent shots means that levels are kept (more) stable meaning lesser sides due to less of a ‘spike’ in the blood? I would be interested to get JP’s stance on this also as I’m still not 100% on wether it actually does make a difference or not seeing as the half life is so long with test e.

I completely agree with you on that James, especially if someone is still living at home, I’m lucky in that my partner is pretty clued up on gear now and supported my past/current decisions, plus I’m no spring chicken anymore 🙂 but I did have to dispel a lot of the standard ‘myths’ she had from media etc. Definitely best to be open and honest. Hiding it is always going to end badly.

Il try that Dan thanks. Mort, I’m eating a lot of whole foods at the moment so might try and bump the cals up slightly and see how I respond.

This is something I am also interested in learning, never used them before so would be great to hear a bit more from anyone with some info.

Just to add, if super short on time you can always blend all that up and have it as a shake on the go, again change ingredients to suit your goals and consistency. Tuna sarnies also quick and easy to get down, or wraps etc work well for me

I can recommend making the overnight oats that Corinne posted, I shove oats, yogurt, scoop of protein, little bit of honey and milk and some pb. Leave it overnight (will have to stir again before eating so all whey mixes in) then shovel it down in the morning, quick easy and can tailor to suit calorie needs.
