    Been running rohm for years , still using test e I’d say 275mg mark, got my bloods from youth revisited and test reading was 103 . This was around 4 weeks ago

    How are you finding the new training compared to ppl stuff?

    Ive had quick read through log, what is your training split at the moment.  Unless i missed it

    Hi Andy. I love the training split i use. Been training like this for well over a year now.

    chest and biceps

    legs

    shoulders and triceps and calves
    back and rear delts

    hit everything every 5 to 6 days.

    Seen your reply to Dan, you rest Thursday and Sunday
    So if you did chest & biceps on a Monday would you hit them again on Friday or Saturday, is that what you mean

    Hey buddy finally got some time to read through this, great reading

    only thing that i didn’t like was reading your flat bench haha, how is the mind doing it with the pec tear? do you think is needed, what if a tear happens again i would defy not want that to happen to you lol.

    @evalution-coaching yes mate will defo gets bloods done see where I’m at.. thanks for reply, work has a lot to do with it but can usually deal with it that’s why know something out of whack . Ashwganda ive been using also, I have basil sitting also il add this in see if helps at moment ????

    Men’s physique you mean gear wise ?
    Work very stressful at moment also, bad

    Symptoms, very tired , angry , irritable, can’t deal with things to great, emotional lol
