My advice on this is try to find what works for you and not what everyone else is doing.
took me a long time but I’ve now settled into test e, primo and masteron as a cycle
see on these forums people moaning about side affects of certain drugs, ruined there lives etc yet still take them as they say it works. ok but so does other stuff.
primo I’m using is d4 as jp used and i trust his input, think dimensions is another he uses don’t quote me on that.evalution coaching is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of AAS and would be listening to his advise. everyone is different and react different to certain compounds but knowing how to run them or manage sides a little better is what you should be trying to do also

Your opinion on tren, I’m on another few forums and there is a lot of tren talk. people always asking how do i combat all the sides. how do i do this and that. they seem very miserable on it haha and turn into cocks, my answer is simply don’t take the fecking stuff if its that bad, but then its just UP THE TREN.
i recall justin saying he doesn’t use it at all, don’t recall you using it so do you think it is a drug that is needed the weeks leading into a contest, what would your go to compound be for end of prep.

Luke how are you finding being on lower carbs with Chris? i.e. your general feeling, strength and performance in gym? compared to you higher carb preps and refeeds, do you feel you needed the higher food on prep

Another myth just put to bed yet again about the EQ, amount of people that say oh EQ has to be run minimum 14 weeks at 1000mg for it to work.

Question on food please, do you need to be in a massive surplus/force feed to grow some new tissue or is your appetite that big that your just churning through it anyway lol. Whats highest calories you have been without digestion going and feeling like shit

Dean im gonna monitor it better over the next week, take readings morning,dinner and before bed to get a better idea.
yup always take your advice on board. still on the aswhaghanda and holy basil. it definitely made a difference for me.i took a reading of 121/79 yesterday mid morning but then today it 148/78
think gonna go down the natural route of hibiscus tabs, celery extract hawthorne and add in a little cardioaaron yeah was thinking that but it been consistent when i go and always higher end but nothing from him lol
had a little accident and even ambulance pole said i should be around 136 BP for my age so feck knows lol -
