    hi jordan can i ask, is it possible for a muscle group to go backwards i.e. lose size or maybe just fullness if volume of training just isn’t rightful recovery etc

    question please now that you have lowered volume slightly has your post workout meal decreased or you still keeping that the same

    I mean just test wise. 300-400 test and 600 primo . That’s more than my test blast
    I’m just meaning I need up my game

    500 eq
    300 tren e poss add in some sd in later weeks

    This is what Gonna run, do you mean total test or total amount gear

    Ok will knock a couple sets off

    yeah thats some cruise i don’t even take that in a blast lol. or maybe thats where I’m going wrong

    could i ask you a question on volume on legs for me please. obv with my job I’m on my feet all day, legs just feel tight all the time,kind of recovering dom wise but just tightness. twice a week training 9 exercises 18 sets kind of like your workout above, you think i would need less volume for my legs to grow?
    i have been on a cruise so recovery won’t be as great

    you say you will cruise again soon, so this 15 week push using drugs, cruise then start show prep?

  • got my results last week, oestrogen at 157.8 and just about to start course so will start some aromasin to bring this in range
    also red blood count was high so went and gave blood to get in range

    never bothered about bloods until watching these videos, glad i do now
    jp could have saved me from some ill health ha

    gh is such a hit and miss now days. i was at the needle exchange and asked the guy about it as they test guys for this
    out of 20 guys only 1 had elevated gh levels, now i don’t know how this all works with the testing etc but that 19 guys just wasting 100 odd quid a month
    would need to be legit pharma if i was to take again

    i think this is my issue with leg growth as well. think i sit down for like an hour a day. same as you ben upper body responding slowly but legs just feel flat all the time 🙁
