I remember for one prep you said you were doing 6 on w/Sunday off. Push, pull, legs repeat. I am assuming that didn’t last long? Maybe the genetic black guys have better recovery cause I’ll see them train heavy 6 days a week here sometimes even 7

Very true. You do see akim Williams, justin compton and those guys train 6 days out of the week to failure w/heavy weight but it’s all relative in bodies and Jordan is stronger too so that plays a huge factor I am sure

I take policosano as well thank you! I’m taking oral curcumin but was given the injectable, pretty rare find in my case. I hasn’t stained but def hurts. Wasn’t sure if it was worth it and if I would only take it a few times a week.

50mg of var shouldn’t effect your appetite unless you’re extremely toxic from a previous oral.

I was just taking 1 a day with breakfast. I was still getting in all my meals I never miss them but definitely makes it extremely difficult. Should I just try it preworkout 5-6 days a week?

50mg of anadrol in the morning with breakfast. No other compound. Very strange it shut my appetite down within days.
