    Jamie obviously your back has taken off this off season . Could you share maybe your TOP 3 exercises thatve contributed to this and also maybe some tips on execution and exercise selection that you’ve learnt in this process ?

    Jamie what are the first signs that you spot when it comes to decreased recovery? Does soreness factor into this at all?

    Jamie as a taller guy with longer limbs do you have trouble progressing with push movements ?

    Have you had to discard certain movements because of this, or prioritise others ?

    I don’t . I find it’s much easier to focus on what I’m doing and finishing it then moving on. Also it’s impossible to do it in my gym. But obviously this isn’t true FT , I just don’t feel it makes too much of a difference for me .

    Hey guys last day is Norway today then back to England.

    filming with Chris for episode 5 tomorrow.

    I was planning on hitting a good shop

    let me know if you folks have anything in particular you want to see it want to know.

    I’ll be training also with @louismoylan of course

    flying out Friday to train some friends in Barcelona also.

    we aim to try and film don’t some of that trip

    unfortunately chirs is busy filming milos sarcev seminar that weekend so can’t take him with me but we plan on providing alot of cool content from hwre on out.. no rush to be back in stage so big eating and big lifts coming up.
    . also let me know if there is anyone particular you would like me to hit a session with. I plan on training with some of the very best

    This is the best log on this site imo! James how long do you plan to cruise for ? As someone said above 700mg cruise sounds insane to me. I wonder if you have to cruise longer just to get bloods back in line . Also do you keep good bloods for while before blasting or you jump right back in once they look decent ?

    Check out Dusty Hanshaws video on YouTube about calve stretching . I started doing those 4 min stretches everyday and it’s done wonders . ive even been able to lower the volume

    Hey Brother, when my hematocrit was 57, a blood donation and 2 months on cruise only put me at 54.8. So maybe cardio and something like IP6 could possibly help .

    Anyone know by how much Hb drops after a pint of blood is gone ? My Hb was the same 2 months after donation (18.2)
