I would get a tracking watch to be able to track properly how are your days (for next time) like this you would be able to control more consistently, cause I supposed all your days at work don’t look the exact same.

Now it’s too late cause you are injured; but 39€ on amazon and you get a cheap and effective tracking watch.

Now, I would make sure you add just a little bike session per day without lowering the kcals YET, just to see how your body react to this new adaptation.

If you gain faster, just reduce the food a little td and ntd but don’t do everyday your rest day diet, keep your diet pattern just lower a bit both.

It’s so funny that you say this, I was looking at trackers a few weeks ago and didn’t follow through ordering it. Lesson learned. Thank you I will be getting one.

I think you know what you’re doing by the sounds so just track your numbers as you adjust cals.

Could you do cardio on a bike and have the heel of your foot as your contact point?

That’s what I was thinking, I’ll give it a shot. Thank you!

i would say a sensible move would be to taper I down from week 3 to 6, that is what I do with clients making similar changes

    Thank you!
