Hello mate; i don’t understand the point of doing “aggressive cut”
What you want is to preserve the muscle mass you have build so you need to be gentle imo
700gr is good per week depending your starting point though (fat was high or not?)
But 700gr per week if you are not that fat; imo is a lot
I would honestly post holidays would have been doing the same diet than pre holidays to see what your body’s reaction is.
You have been clearly in deficit in holidays, and 4 kg for 20 days is pretty significant though…
And now back to holidays you push even more without knowing that maybe you did not needed to lower again the diet as you did lost 4kg in holidays.
Were you working out during holidays ?
Was bother me more here is the way you are changing parameters too often for something which seemed to worked; plus the fact that you have digged too deep during holidaysIt is honestly just an experiment for the time being, I was not working out during the holidays so some of the weight loss was just glycogen and water depletion which has since my return reversed.
