Realize, after your first one I 1000000% promise you that fear will be gone. Much different doing the injection yourself than having someone else do it. Proven drugs that have decades of studies are much safer.

Each state and even then counties within the state will open up differently. We are expecting gyms in Florida to open in the next week or so.. but where most the cases are in FL, they will not be opening.
Each state can act independent of what Trump/Federal says to do…mostly.

Lots to improve on exercise selection. I’d search for other full body splits ppl have posted and go from there.

Try using wedges/plates under your heels on all squating movements. This should reduce the weight you use and make it more difficult on your legs and then keep your back more recovered.
Also walking BB lunges, sissy squats should be pretty rough on your quads without loading your back.

I think the hard part in all of this is how long will gyms be closed. I am in the US, most gyms are open…but Pres Trump just announced guidelines to keep groups 10 or less. So I’d imagine ALOT of gyms will start closing. FORTUNATELY my gym is going to no longer allow guests, and then limit workouts to 1 hr… Fortunately again for me I train at 4/5am and it’s not staff and just key access woo.

Alot of this will be posing too. You have to learn how to pull your lats out..I am still learning – but think about trying to rotate your elbow forward with your lats/shoulder/scapula – hard to explain, but you will feel tension there. Single arm lat pulldown stretches have helped me.. Scott Stevenson(I think he is on here..fortitude training) has a video on his IG doing these. You an also sit on a cable row and strap in one arm, and then try to learn the feeling + stretch.
IME – this has also carried over to better lat development and use during training.

@sasa – I am not on the full body split right now. But I do work in those rep ranges. You will without a doubt progress in those ranges. Only to be careful of is to standardize how you perform those reps. I found myself speeding through them or current ROM short etc. I have notes for each exercise on execution to make sure its as close to 100% the same each time.

Post a video of some of your sets, if you are leaving nothing left – then you should be pretty wiped out after each workout. I am working with JP directly…he had me do this after I had some questions – sure enough on about half my sets I had 1 rep remaining. Getting that last rep has made a huge difference for me and progress.
Also take look at the “original” IG post from JP. Rep ranges are varied and he has 4 variations with a day off between each day vs M/W/F.

Definitely need more variants on this :). Would be IMO, difficult to increase weight/reps just 5 days later, your body will appreciate the changes in exercises.
For me – keeping lower back loading alternating fits my body/recovery. E.G.
Would also change tricep movements to cgbp/dips/etc.Full body 1
rest
full body 2

full body 3

full body 4

For my body(SHBG) – once or twice a week was awful. I now inject everyday and feel much better..Estradial is lower(with same amount of AI), HCT etc 🙂
Typically a better TRT protocol would be 2x – 3x week, and those with a low(er) SHBG possibly everyday or every other.

I’d also say get bloodwork done ASAP. IF this is gyno – you’ll at least know the “numbers” that tend to give you gyno…
-
How many days after your last injection put you at 723? What if your Free Test at? What about SHBG?

Had this done Dec 3rd.
I was back doing legs 2 weeks after, then week 3 added back work – no chest supported and not fully lengthened. Week 4 I was doing everything Except chest, week 5 back to normal :). This was going by how I felt moving. Only thing I would change is to make sure to move outside the gym in terms of delts/scapula/chest etc. Definitely had a lot of chest tightness to work-through from holding my shoulders folder “protecting” myself.

I am certainly not a team member, but can politely answer for you. You are incorrect, those services you are looking for paid services outside of the very-low-super-worth-it monthly cost they provide.
You can of course use the diet planner and then post your split for advise etc on the forum, like many do.

Not sure you is your US or UK or somewhere else. TRT in the states Rx’d from a urologist you’ll need to be “legit” low – but if you want to work with a HRT/TRT clinic there are plenty that prescribe based on numbers and non-quantitative things – such as low energy, libido etc.
I have low-t from some past medical stuff – but not low enough for an Rx from to get insurance to cover etc…so I am working with a TRT/HRT clinic…a bit more expensive – but more flexibilty. etc.
