I have 3 kiddos – 7, 4 & 2 years old. For your first.. I’d switch to a full body split..that way if you make it 2-3x/week for the first few weeks you’ll be all set. Not sure if your GF is going to be breastfeeding or pumping/bottles etc… BUT from a relationship standpoint – my advice is to over-compensate on help on areas that YOU are able to give your GF a break. Should help with getting gym time approved or without guilt šŸ™‚ lol…

I train EARLY AM 5AM or so..with our 3 kids I’d typically help early in the morning, go lift, come back – help more then head to work…Fortunately all 3 we were able to crib train and they very quickly started sleeping long stretches and then through the night by 3-4 months old. Babies learn very quickly how to get what they want and what works..our friends who did not crib train early had a hell of a time getting theirs to sleep through the night…and not in their bed……..

Good luck! Nothing compares to them.

Do you RDL/SLDL etc during the week? I can’t conventional dead more than 1/x week..but RDLs/SLDL/hip hinge movements are ok for me and have a carry over to deadlift.

Im having gyno surgery dec 3rd – helllll yeahhhhhhhhh.

I am in the US – surgeon does about 5 gyno surgeries a week…he could be exaggerating – but he let me know complication of going hard too soon…so essentially 6 weeks off from chest work. Other stuff can be sprinkled in before.

Don’t really want to do anything that can increase the risk of a seroma or hematoma.

I personally wouldnt “waste” the gear until you can train 100%.

• Thanks, appreciate it! That’s what I was thinking…keep cals a bit lower – keep protein high. Thanks!

Well can’t say specifically because I’d need more info about you but as a general rule don’t eat like a dick would be my main piece of advice ????

In all seriousness your calorie burning will be low meaning it will be easy for you to eat into a surplus (try and keep neat high to combat this if poss)

You want to avoid any unnecessary body fat gain so try and work out your maintenance cals. Eat that and monitor weight every day for a few days then you can adjust the diet (more or less) dependent on your progress. Without more info I can’t be more specific but hope that helps ????

I think its worth “testing” a different stance… though I don’t see many talk about it here, have you ever squatted with Prime Wedges before?

MI40 – Ben Pakulski gym in Tampa, FL(US) – you’re hard to find anyone squatting without them… Not the same as using a few plates. Very humbling..and destoys the quads šŸ™‚

Day 2 Arms, Side Delts, Rear Delts, Calf
Day 3 Lower, Plus 1 Chest, Lat Pull and Lat Row(or make sure you do snatch RDl etc)

I’m a total nerd, but have “syntax” I use…

Rest Pause set would look like… Hammer Press: 150×10/5/3
Straight sets…DB Bench: 120×8,105×11
Superset of 2 exercises like this: Leg Press/Lying Ham Curl: 630/120×10/8, 480×28/80×17
If you have Prime Equipment with different loading pegs – 90-45-135×10

Sounds like you are going too deep, maybe with the seat too low and then allowing your shoulders to lose form.

Keep your shoulders/traps pulled back as well just like on any pressing movements.

yeah I adjusted the seat downwards because I wasn’t able to go deep enough to feel a good enough stretch for me. Maybe Iā€˜m really going too deep…
Possibly? I’d personally do.. something like this. 1 working set 9-12 Reps, 2nd working set 13-20 Rep, then one set with ā€œfull romā€ after those, 12-20 reps.

Enjoying this quite a bit, Thursday needs a little tweaking though…I can’t train on the weekends.

M: Chest/Back, 1 quad, Snatch RDL
T: Delts/tris
W: Legs
T: Chest/Back
F:Delts/Tri, Deadlifts, 1 Quad, Lunges.

Bicep and forearms I alternate each day 2 working Sets, abs are thrown in when I have time(still tracking weights and doing working Sets). Same for calf work, mine are already big..

Don’t be afraid to do some direct Glute work…real talk has been a game changer for my lower back as well as deadlifts/movements I thought my lower back was weak on.

Cable Pull throughs with a huge Stretch have been my favorite.

Thanks man. So, hypothetically, I guess if you you were around 30 nmol with test but with oestro too high, you might bring test down to lower aromatisation rather than inhibit it with an AI? Or would you utilise an AI at that point?

If this is a long term thing I would look at test ester being used, injection frequency first and see if I could alter this to help lower estro and maybe bring test down a touch.

I have used a little mast p with test as I feel this is healthier than an AI but this wouldn’t be my long term TRT plan.

Thanks for the response. I am actually prescribed Sustanon, of which I currently inject 0.5ml every 6 days. This keeps test at about 20 nmol. I have needed 0.25 Anastrozole 3x per week to keep oestro in range so far, so I seem to aromatise like crazy. I want to try to get test up to about 30, so may tweak the dose up to 150 every 6 days. I have been wondering whether to split the dose every 3 days and, based on what you said, I wonder if doing so might help me to keep oestro in range without an AI in addition to maintaining more stable T levels. Thanks again for your input.
I’d definitely split your dose up, then retest in 4-6 weeks.

I’ve always trained early am(5am mostly). Currently dieting down, I feel perfect as long as my last meal has carbs…

So dieting down I’m like this:
PWO(meal 1) carbs and protein
Meal2-3/4 are protein,veggie/fats
Meal 4/5(last meal) is protein, carb, some fat if protein source is fattier.

SHBG will be a huge influence, but also are you injecting same frequency? Even the week leading up to the blood test? When was his test compared to yours and then compared to the week of all injections?
