    This is a late reply, but ideally you have the correct tension to NOT fail at the bottom, IMO. So think of where you typically fail with non banded hacks, for me that’s coming right of the hole. With the bands it should really be above parallel, get read for some DOMS.

    This will also allow you to slow down a bit at the bottom which will be a huge stretch. Quads have taken off since adding these in.

    1) I’ll “need” to keep Test in – Im not in the UK – but don’t want to mess up this whole process to get it prescribed where I’m at. I can work around blood tests though..as far as adding in extras.

    2) I have a month or so to decide what to do, appreciate ya’lls help!

    First workout on the new split, overall was great. Switching a few exercises up, front squat will be switched and same with single leg press.
