Yday I took 1000mcg total bpc , that’s likely where I’m going to keep that , same again today
It’s super hard for me to work out when I’m going to be ready to start prep, if the leg didn’t get hurt , I would be entirely ready , so I just need it healed and doing work again and looking as it was , not sure yet when that will be, but the moment I see it, it’s on
How are you injecting your bpc? Subq or IM? And near your injuries or just happy to get it into your body?

Loving the look of the granite 2.0 chest press. Defo superior to the Gymleco. When you say the Gymleco chest press is a injury waiting to happen do you mean on the movement it’s self or with the start / end of the movement, as I love a foot pump to start / end the movement but I feel they really messed up with the mechanics of it.

Jordan do you think any positives came from your break from bodybuilding? Like a break and reset for your body or mind? Im guessing it was a too long and intense break it just became counter productive and a set back.

When you run antibiotics do you add in or increase any supplements to help with your digestion? I find they really hit my digestion hard as well
