Absolutely!Heres the pictures and for some background Im now eating at maintenance calories since i dont know how to proceed,i eat 0,8g of protein per lb of body weight and only whole foods,i eat makority of carbs before training ,and i run a upper lower rest repeat split with 11-14 sets per workout in the 4-8 reprange 0rir,at the end of my lifting days i do 30min incl 12 speed 4 walking ,and on non training days i do 10 k steps with my dog and other wise im only sedentary
