Sorry to hijack a post but do you feel that if blood work is good it is okay to blast again even after a short cruise period, usually my blood work comes back okay within six weeks of cruise, last time I had bloods done at four weeks in to cruise and they were almost identical to what I usually see at 6-8 weeks. would you think this is too short of a cruise to push on again? Does some sort of de-sensitisation come in to it? @drdeanstmart thanks!

Have you changed your view on Primo doses? I remember you mentioning sub 700 would be a waste of money as the results wouldn’t be very pronounced? Or is it a case of total mg all has a benefit and if you can build from less watery compounds then that helps the overall look? 🙂The Muscle Archiect - Online Coaching

never noticed any immediate effect pre workout from anavar or anadrol. I like Halo or Superdrol, they make me aggressive as fuck haha

@jishuku I wouldn’t wait a month buddy if you’re trying to gain muscle, that’s a whole month you could’ve been progressing. If I’m off season and wanting to put on size I’ll up cals after 5-7 days if the scale isn’t budging. I wait a whole week because I don’t like to obsess over the scales in the off season but really I think judging it by every 5 days would stop you from slowing down progress

@evalution-coaching Interesting! I always thought of Masteron as more of an aesthetic type drug to bring a look when lean, but I hear of more people starting to use it off season. You favour Mast here over something like NPP or EQ?
