I’ve always noticed a slight bump in weight too when adding orals pre show. Just go off progress pictures and try not to worry about the weight for a few days, then you’ll start to see it come down again as you continue to get leaner, just accept that initial bump ๐

Diet is always the most interesting part in people’s prep for me, especially in the way Aceto works, so that’d be great to see regularly. Maybe even show some of the email responses from Chris if he’d allow that?

Plenty of people favor an EOD approach or even a MWF approach including…. Dorian Yates. Can’t tell me he was wrong?

Yes, you’re right, I was going to wait until about 4 weeks post show to get them done but I think it’d be wise to run them twice. AI’s are still in, I’ve dropped orals and clen but kept t3 in for now. Thanks Sas!

if you’re talking about splitting it up for example, 250 Tren and 250 npp vs 500 npp then I’d say give it a try. But if you’re doubling up I’m not so sure

I just saw he posted this on his stories about post show rebound. Is this something you’ve discussed with him about implementing? I’d be VERY interested in seeing the process of that!

Hey Jordan! In relation to the discussion on your own aromatisation of Test, I may have missed this but I thought you kept Test in to your show recently? Do you feel that personally, you can keep Test the same in to the show and increase AI to combat estro? Thanks ๐

I competed a week and a half ago and dropped cardio 7 days out, I felt that helped but after posing on stage at pre judging my legs FLOODED with water and for finals they were like balloons. Competing again in 2 anf a half weeks so any ideas would be appreciated bud.

Hey Paul, I can’t speak for Sas but in the off season I like having a basic structure which sees me in a slight cal surplus, but throw in a couple of cheat meals a week, replacing one of my regular meals, and not be so worried about getting protein in, or eating too much in those meals and just going all out and having a good time. I like to have these meals around others as well to get that social aspect in, rather than ordering a dominos and shutting myself away for half an hour haha!
