I’m 17 days out and currently zero added fats apart from a high day every 5-7 days. 190g carbs on leg and pull days, 70g carbs push and arm days and 50g carbs rest days. Struggling now haha!

I think he means ampules. How do you know that the pharma stuff is real and the ug stuff is fake? Pharma stuff actually tends to be faked more as people recognise the name and trust it. However I’d go for 1 amp every 5 days in this case, however you could buy empty 10ml vials and simply move the remaining oil in to the vial for later use.

I’m no expert but wouldn’t it be better to wait until after the show to swap labs so it doesn’t throw your look? For example if your test is indeed underdosed and you switch to a test that is correctly doses wouldn’t you risk holding as you’ll essentially be increasing the dose? Just curious.
