    Hey Matthew, yeah not gonna lie I did some zero fat, zero carb days, but maybe only ten days total like that. The majority of it was HIGH cardio, I got up to 70mins am AND pm so 2 hours 20 mins total towards the end! Also went high with t3 towards the end at about 75mcg, not something I’ll be doing again this prep

    Rest day today. Woke at 99.6kg which is the lowest so far. Going to push on today with my rest day diet and then put in a high day tomorrow, expecting to wake at maybe 99.3kg after the rest day diet.

    Very happy with how things are going thus far. This is the best I’ve looked at 10 weeks out, and while I’ve got maybe another 12-13kg to lose before loading, I know I’m well capable of doing that. (I took off 31kg or 68lbs for last year’s prep in 17 weeks)

    I’ll update with progress pics tonight!

    I’m going to start posting up my training here too. This is straight from my log book so even has my goals for the following session.

    Fri 8th June – Push 2

    Incline DB flyes LOAD – 45g x9 (reduce to 40kg)
    Incline DB flyes BACK OFF – 35kg x15 (aim for 16-17)
    Decline press RP (notch 6) – 140kg x10,2,1 (15 breaths, reduce to 130kg)
    Incline machine press notch 7 LOAD – 82kg x10 (aim for 86kg)
    Incline machine press BACK OFF – 59kg x16 (aim for 64kg)
    DB press stretch – 32.5kg 57s (aim for 35kg)
    Seated dumbbell Laterals LOAD – 22.5g x12 (aim for 13-14)
    Seated dumbbell Laterals BACK OFF – 17.5kg x16 (aim for 17-18)
    crucifix Laterals MR (4x6s) 7.5kg x6,6,5 (reduce to 5kg at 6x4s)
    Shoulder press machine RP – 91kg x11,3,2 (aim for 9-10)

    Just wondering, is there any concern from you Jordan on the duration of oral use now that you’ve extended your prep? I think you put in SD about 3-4 weeks ago, putting you at maybe 9-10 weeks oral use come show time? Is this something you’d typically advise against or do you feel the sides can be minimized enough with health supps for it not to be an issue? thanks 🙂

    I didn’t notice anything in terms of fat loss from Cardarine, but endurance went up and rest between sets seemed to go down a little

    They will put you in a deficit provided your calorie intake is at or below maintenance. If you take clen and t3 but eat way above your needs you won’t be in a deficit. As far as I’m aware there is no way to know how much of a deficit you are in, easiest way would be to keep your diet at maintainance same and add one of these compounds at a time and evaluate weight loss from the drugs.

    Hey Guys! I said I was going to post here but got lazy haha!
    Here’s a little update:
    I’m now 10.5 weeks out at 100.9kg (100.3 was lowest but adjusted macros since then and I’m fuller and tighter and performance has increased due to higher carbs)

    So I went as low at 165g of carbs on training days, this quickly saw me go very flat and performance suffered, so I took my protein down a good amount (was 385g so very high) and bumped my carbs to 200-225 again on training days.

    Cardio is now 40mins am and pm

    I’ve attached my last set of progress photos which were a week ago today (11.5 weeks out). I’ll begin taking them again on Mon, Wed, Fri starting tonight.

    Sorry to hijack a thread but has anyone had any experience using just the HCTZ component instead of the actual dyazide mix? Would 6.25 HCTZ be comparable to a quarter tab of dyazide or is the potassium sparing aspect of the Triemterine (i think is how it’s spelled) preventing the HCTZ from flushing too much potassium?

    Hey Jordan. I thought I read earlier in the log something about you using ketotifen with clen, but couldn’t see it in your recent drugs. is it something you implement when running clen for a longer duration?
