I saw you mentioned you upped your cardio and lowered cals this week, what does that change look like in your plan? more cardio sessions or extended time in your current sessions? cals from fats or carbs? Just listened to muscle minds, bud don’t be embarrassed about having your name in the show, if there’s one show in the UK that sounds like I would be the best fucking show out there it would be called the JP classic! Really hope you throw another next year, I’m with UKBFF this year but will definitely compete in it if it’s going on in 2018!

Hey James, really looking forward to this thread. I’m prepping for the British at the moment too so I guess unless you pick up a pro card at the Arnold (which is more than likely looking at the way things are going!) I’ll see you there!
I’m curious to see your actual macro breakdown, you look very full in this prep while bringing bf down gradually, something I want to do this time around as my prep for my qualifier was drastic and restrictive food wise, so I’m interested to know if you’re keeping food a lot higher than you have in the past and see a log of your macros as they change throughout prep? Best of luck brother.

Will you be adding fat burners like clen or ephedrine this prep? Also, in your video on clen you mentioned you don’t like cycling it and see no benefit over running straight through, just wanted to ask if you’re doing this, do you also run ketotifen and how long do you tend to run clen? The peaking revisited video was incredibly informative and actually fell somewhat in line with what I’ll be doing this weekend. Can I ask, when you say you pushed the carb up hard with Mark, did you still do this for just two days or did you extend it, and also where you bothered about spilling as much while carb loading, with the extra diuretics being put in place? Hey Jordan! You mentioned in one of your contest prep videos that dandelion root can be used as a mild diuretic pre show. I don’t want to use aldactone or dyazide as I feel I get pretty dry from cutting water the night before anyway, but I’d be interested in hearing your protocol for dandelion root as a mild diuretic?

Hey Jordan, great thread, enjoying seeing your progress for this prep.
Have you ever used something like Anadrol in the final stages of a prep to try to fill out? I know this can be risky due to water retention and things but I know some guys have used this method with good success. I get flat very easily while dieting, even in the initial stages, 500g of carbs can still see me go pretty flat and I struggle filling back out towards the end.

Hey JP, do you train abs in your off season at all? I’m on a push pull legs split now and had them planned for my leg days but don’t feel there’s enough left in the tank after the session to do them.
