Morning guys, weight holding at 239. To be expected with introduction of anavar Sunday as normally my weight is up by 3/4 lbs from adding it in.The look is VERY different so I’m happy.

Noticed you’ve reduced the Tren a couple of times recently. What’s the thought process behind this?

Hey bud. Thanks man, we are in a really nice spot here. Plans have changed. I’m currently 17 days out from the body by O regional and then 24 days from the polish pro qualifier. Makes sense to do them while I’m ready and still fresh

Hypothetically, now that you have been on this low dose for around 20 weeks, if you were to resume your previous ‘blast’ cylce or something similar, would it be reasonable to think that you’d achieve all new levels of muscle seeing that you have maintained so well on such little drug exposure?

I think it always depends on the brand and model. I’ve used a couple of pretty crap ones but funnily enough the Primal Strength one (which is a brand I’m not always fond of) I find amazing, Fully quad, no lower back issues, just feels really nice and safe, almost like a hack but in a more natural plane of motion for me.
I guess it’s pretty individual but give it a go and see what your leg development looks like after a month or two. The movement I would actually question more here is the goblet squat. I feel like it’s something you can’t always load particularly heavy, but again if you get on well with it then go for it. If you’re looking for another quad exercise, maybe a smith machine sissy squat? Always feels relatively safe to me as you wouldn’t load nearly as much as you would a back squat.

Maybe it’s not the Tren, I just feel like every time I add it in I find it takes much more carbs to fill me out. As if the nutrient partitioning is that strong that it burns through glycogen? Maybe just bro science ????
My carbs aren’t very low, 445g as of now, pumps are great at the start of the workout, but start to fade after about 30mins in right now. My sodium intake is good also, I salt all my meals, always.
I’m not extremely fussed, I can fill out with a big cheat meal or carb up if I want to, just wanted to know if others found the same?
