Some people will say that so many compounds would compete at the receptor sites and some may be wasted, is there any truth to this do you believe Jamie? is that what the proviron is in there for, to lower SHGB or is that a different thing entirely?

Just a little update, no pictures as of yet, I haven’t gotten round to shaving my hairy ass self so I need to get that done first really haha!
But sessions have been awesome! Obviously coming off a cruise and mini cut, I’m not at all time strength yet, but I’m pretty damn close, which is super exciting as I have so much scope to take up the food and I’m starting my blast now, which can only result in better sessions. Everything feels like it’s clicking, I feel hungry an hour before each meal, which sounds awful but it’s amazing when I have literally not felt hungry for the entire of 2019. I’m itching to take the food up, but I’ll run this diet for a few more days and then make around a 300cal increase, taking things up nice and slow, probably looking to increase calories maybe every 10-15 days, but not forcing anything yet.

    Blast will be to start:
    840mg Test
    770mg NPP
5IU GH (Training days only – 5x weekly)

Face your fear. I got stuck under a Leg Press once, not fun, took 3 guys to stop the weight from crushing my feet and one to pull me out. The next time I went to do it, it was bloody scary, but I was 6 weeks out, so had no choice but to crack on.

Now I’m more scared of my legs being a weak body part than being stuck again haha!

Thanks Clare! been having major FOMO this year seeing everyone else compete, can’t wait to get back up there.

Homemade burgers and roasted veg did a number on my stomach last night. Note to self: stick to steak or salmon and homemade chips for the weekly cheat meal ???? I think it was the 40+g of saturated fat that got me

Hey Sean, thanks for chiming in! Hope you’re getting to grips with how to handle it.

For me it’s a little different to IBS or Chron’s as diet doesn’t seem to have a huge effect on it (some but not huge) the symptoms mainly come from irritation of the ulcerated part of my stomach/GI Tract. If it’s of any help, constipation symptoms have been relieved with CosmoCol (sometimes called laxido) and using a Squatty Potty, which I hugely recommend for anyone now, changed my life haha!

In terms of dietary/lifestyle changes. I’ve found staying active helps, so I’ve either been doing 20mins fasted cardio or going for walks after meals if able. Sleep is huge too, but with a baby that’s not optimal at the moment! I’ve limited my cheat meals to once a week max (I’ll often have 3 a week with some snacks thrown in during off season but never again) and also taking the calories up very slowly will be a huge part of my off season as I want to stay hungry all the way through, if I’m full and then on top of that forcing food, my digestion dies within a couple of days, to the point where I’ll struggle to eat one or two meals for a few days after.

Thanks for the interest Clare, I appreciate it!

So the last couple of weeks have been great, I’ve maintained all of my strength on this cruise (nearly 5 weeks in now) digestion is the best it’s been all year and appetite is great! Until the last four or five weeks I couldn’t tell you the last time I was hungry, honestly, So it feels amazing to feel hunger before each meal ???? and it excites me as I know that sets me up for a good start to a proper good push up in another week or so!

I will post some pics at the end of this week as the cruise draws to an end and show my starting point! yikes!

I really like those off-season bullets. Really drives home the point that the food is what is key for growth!
You say you wish you’d never touched insulin, but surely you wouldn’t be the size you are now without it? I have zero experience with insulin, I still have that as a trump card to play so I’m still curious about how much weight people put on it’s importance.

just out of curiosity. What are you weighing to be running doses like this? just recently jumped to the dark side and that seems a mental amount of gear.

Not heavy enough to be honest, and yes it is a lot of gear, but I wanted to push and went against common sense, and as you can tell from the post, it bit me back haha! Don’t advocate doses like these and certainly won’t go there again, at least not without another 30lbs of muscle on me!

Heaviest I have been is 122kg, but previous stage weight was just over 96kg 🙂

Thats a lot of gear mate.

How long have you been in bulkmode ? Too long bulk for me means skewing my appetite, especially if I’m always at 6k calories.

4-6 weeks of a cut works wonders sometimes. Also how is your greens intake? Always is an issue when it comes to bulking and no to low greens are into your diet. your stomach gets too acidic, so it skews your appetite too.

Jesus that does seem alot i have to agree with wotti here, especially the blast u last ran at nearly 3g pw a couple of months back Ellis. admittedly i have pulled mine down a touch since last comp 3.5 weeks ago and am currently 8 weeks out from next como so will push back up a bit but im currently running 700 test e / 500 primo / 350 mast e / 200 tren a all pw so total pw 1750.

id recommend half what u plan at least for good few weeks while driving up calories

Thanks Mark! I think you’re right. I got to a place where I was out of my depth and until recently I beleived once you reach a certain amount, pulling back would mean halting progress, but I’ve come to understand that’s far from true.

So currently in a cruise – 250mg Test E per week. I cruised early as I felt my body was getting too toxic as I pushed the AAS higher than I previously have, appetite was shot and general wellbeing was low.

I’ll be starting a new blast in 2-3 weeks. My original plan was:

    750 Test

787.5 NPP (just how the dosing worked out I’m not that anal haha)
    And 700 Primo

Now I’m wondering if the addition of primo was what pushed me over the edge last time, As total MGs were high as I was running primo at 900mg.

Despite primo being touted as a low side effect, relatively safe option, I guess the total MGs it adds to the cycle would still be building that kind of toxixity?

Anyone have any opinions on this? Perhaps remove the primo and run the test and npp alone at a slightly higher dose?

Blood work will tell you if getting toxic – this is the only way.

I would be tempted to say it may be the large amount of oil/metals and carrier ingredients going into the body as primo and NPP are usually low dosed gear.

Toxicity in general from a science standpoint is 2 fold

    you have the total mg

you have the strength of the drug

for example 500test compared to 500 tren compared to 5mg methyl tren – toxicity differs vastly here.

dbol is more toxic/stronger than oxy mg for mg that’s why always came in 5mg tablets for hospitals yet oxy is 25-50mg I believe.

So many things to consider that mean your question is not possible to answer accurately.

what did your blood work say?

also how high was bodyweight over stage weight?

    how high was BF?

    what was blood pressure?

    how much cardio?

    what was sleep quality like?

Thanks Hilly, I appreciate the reply!
unfortunately I didn’t get blood work at the end of the blast as I ended it abruptly, I will have blood taken next week for the fourth week of my cruise.

I was around 12kg over stage weight at the time (8 months post show) bodyfat around 10-11% at a guess. Blood Pressure is fairly good, generally around 125/80 ish on a blast. cardio 20 mins fasted 5x weekly, sleep quality is fairly good when actually sleeping but with a 7 month old baby, sleep can be interrupted up to twice a night.

I don’t know about biggest, it’s not a heavy stim pre, so the numbers are pretty spot on for what most people need. That being said, I like 1.5 scoops very much, for the pump and extra caffeine hit. But it’s not one of those pre’s that’ll get you amped up so excessive amounts are probably wasted IMO, the focus is immense though!

It’s been a bit of an up and down off season, being ill for months on end, having a baby and moving home among other things haha! I definitely feel appetite diminish through a typical off season but had only really been pushing the calories for about 5 weeks before it died, around the same time I increased my AAS.

Greens are good, 3 out of 6 meals, in a decent amount, along with a greens/ACV drink AM.

I think the approach I’ll take is to go in with the Test and NPP and add the primo only if necessary a few weeks in.

Are you sure your primo was real primo?

    Often a very faked compound.

It was Imperium Primo from a trusted source. I hear a lot of people on this board and other friends have vouched for Imperium and all their other stuff for me has been spot on
