The program set up is decent . I’d definitely have laterals in every upper session . I’d also include tricep compounds instead of shoulder press like in the session you already have a smith high incline as that will challenge the shoulders.
Sweet thank you so much for your advice, will definitely incorporate these changes. As for sets do you think that 2 sets per exercise is fine? Personally for me arms are a weak point and do you think I would benefit more from doing atleast 3 sets of biceps and triceps per session?
