I would want to check all thyroid levels and hormone levels and try and get these in as good ranges as possible

How long did you pull all of those foods out for ?

did you pull out all supplements?
I’ll do a blood test soon and get back to you, however digestion keeps improving to be honest. I just get mild burning sensations in my stomach not too long lasting could it be caused by food not thoroughly chewed?

sounds like an acid imbalance to me
I think my thyroid is alright because after the cut Vicky raised my calories quite aggressively from 2k up to 4k in a matter of a couple months, only gained like 3 kgs which is pretty good and I have regular bowel movements almost after every meal. The stool transit time changes all the time.

I usually pull foods out for multiple days or weeks depending on how likely they are to fuck me up.

If you mean PEDs, I’ve never taken any peds.

I have a couple interesting questions: since my issues started happening in a period of high physical and mental stress could it be the culprit? maybe I need to aggressively pull back training? The fact is that I made ungodly progress since then, I was like 71kgs pretty much in the same condition as I’m now and I feel fine most days, is there a way to test my physical stress without staying away from working out which I love so much?

What would a gastro even do? I went to one years ago and he just said “oh yeah you have IBS; manage stress that’s it”

I did a blood test last year and thyroid was slightly low according to Vicky, though in normal range. as were the hormones I should probably do another bloodtest soon enough. Stool transit time is really good, I poop after almost every meal, even during the night

I think literally everything would be fixed if you just got lean , it’s a very hard pill to swallow, but your not puffy, your just fat

Get lean, and watch how efficient your body becomes

Get lean and get fit , body just becomes a complete machine tbh

I would agree completely with you if the problems didn’t start when I was shredded, still dieting my ass off because “you’re never lean enough bro” my digestion was perfect up until then never felt a thing sitting in my stomach. I would have dieted further but coach started a reverse I lose my abs so easily

Okay I will talk to my doctor, don’t you think gut tests would be better?

A Gastroenterologist would run all the relevant tests.
sounds good thank u!

Hey Argon. Digestive issues aren’t ‘normal’, so there is obviously still something going on here. I would look back at your diet again, take a food diary and try to figure out how you feel after eating certain foods and go through an elimination process again. Sweeteners, caffeine, lactose and gluten are also top culprits for disrupting digestion in some people.

There are also more serious issues that may need to be ruled out my a medical professional if things don’t get resolved.

In terms of how you look. I don’t see puffiness, you’re just holding some bodyfat.

Thanks for your reply Clare! I tried eliminating all those foods and there isn’t really a food I find to bother me more than others, it’s just how I feel pretty much every day and almost every hour. Some times I feel better than others even on the same foods, I also had times where I felt normal so it’s really a mindfuck.

It would help me a lot to find out if there is a possibility that my symptoms are normal. I definitely feel better than i once did with the help of certain things but I still feel full most of the time, sometimes painful sometimes not. I noticed that chugging water was fucking me up as well so I stopped doing that and seen improvements right away. If I don’t look watery maybe I am healthy?

My doctor doesn’t seem to be of any help

Hello bud – so your symptoms in terms of Digestion are not IMO normal at all and should be able to be rectified through looking more closely at foods etc and what sits right.

Ive worked with vicky myself on helping her fix her digestive issues and we had to pull out alot of foods for prolonged periods of time

for me if thats your current diet set up and your still having issues then there is alot that can be done to potentially improve things.

I would be pulling out the yogurt, avocado, oats first as these are very common causes of stomach pain/cramps/gas and slow Bowel movements for alot of people.,

I dont think you look watery at all and just think its body fat

It doesn’t look like an alignment issue. It looks like there is tightness in the left scapula/lat that is stopping you from opening up properly so I would recommend getting alot of deep tissue in that area – lat/rhomboids, teres/rear delt/pec.

Thanks for your reply mate! So I tried reducing all those foods and more in the past, I went with basically just chicken rice and veg but didn’t see any improvements what so ever, I wonder if it’s just my body’s stressed so it doesn’t process things as it should?

Maybe it’s just fullness as Vicky says, I’m eating quite a lot to be fair. When the problems started happening I was depleted and overactive.

Could something like an antibiotic be necessary?
