The rate you’ll grow muscle will be the fastest in your early years given you have diet/training in order so you can get away with a larger surplus, but still keep it controlled/reasonable. There’s no reason to put on an excessive amount of bodyfat which will just shorten the time you’ll be able to spend in a surplus before needing to strip it off.

The only way to know for sure is follow the plan and assess bodyweight changes
At 16 you have a lot of growth potential so take advantage of it and don’t be afraid to eat. If you’re staying consistent and training hard you’ll be surprised how much you’ll gain early on
Luckily you have an awesome resource here that I wish was available when I was 16. Take your time going through the education section and it’ll payoff big time

Yes x1 means 1 set
Keep in mind there’s considerable overlap between movements, so even though dips for example is only 1 set, it’s still 5 sets of pressing total. With an upper/lower split you’ll also be back in 3 days to train again which you need to be recovered for.
Focus on proper intensity and perfecting exercise execution and you won’t need a ton of volume.

Fair enough. Def make your way through them as they unlock.
Personally I would swap some pressing for more back work. You have an upper back movement, but nothing to bias the lats. You have an upright row listed under back but that’ll target side delt
I would like a setup like this:
Incline machine press x2
Atlantis shoulder press x2
Dips x1
Upper back row (scapular retraction focus) x2
Lat pulldown or lat row (elbows in tight to hip) x2
Rear delt row x2
Tricep iso x1
Lateral raise x1
Bicep iso x1I would come up with 2 rotations, start the 2nd with back work and maybe undulate the rep ranges session to session so 1 is heavy push work (5-10 rep range) and light pull work (13-17) and the 2nd rotation the opposite.
This is basically the outline given in Jordan’s video

Watch the video on setting up upper/lower training in the education section. Jordan outlines everything there, including exercise selection.

I do 2ml bac water. Since 1ml would then contain 2.5mg, each unit (1/100th of an ml) on an insulin pin would be 25mcg, so 250mcg = 10 units
I would then just rotate knees – do 250mcg in one knee in the AM, 250mcg in the other in the PM

My essentials would be Multivitamin, Vitamin D3/K2, Fish Oil, Creatine, and Curcumin

Can you purchase a gym pin?

Go back to the doctor. Rather be safe than sorry anytime you’re dealing with the possibility of an infection.

None of those would be banned
Here’s the WADA banned substances – https://www.wada-ama.org/en/content/what-is-prohibited

If you stand further away from the stack resistance will be highest in the fully short position, stepping closer to the stack will change the resistance profile to overload the midrange.
It’s a mechanical drop set, instead of lowering the weight you’re altering the mechanics of the exercise to drop off in the short position allowing more reps, as you still have strength in the lengthened/mid-range
