For a Saturday show I usually eat what I want post show and Sunday, spending time with friends and family, then back to work on Monday. My motivation tends to be very high post show and I like structure so I’m itching to get back to it by Monday anyway.

Do you have access to other kit or just one leg press?
If just one type of leg press I would alter rep ranges or do one session banded.

I do enanthate 2x per week when cruising, and ED or EOD when blasting.

hi sorry for late reply still getting use to the app and just got back on this ill try the stretching, is it more quad based woth the stretch or the whole leg, ill go for high rep stuff for a month and go from there,

For sure focus on quads/hip flexors, but I would also stretch hams and calves. Also foam rolling glutes/quads/ITB wouldn’t hurt.
