As above.
Just use some common sense – Indian very heavy in dairy / cream / oils etc. Always going to hurt digestion.
Unless you opt for dry meats , rice , chutney , poppodom etc etc
Going to a real burger place
Going to a stone bake pizza place for a good pizza.
People really need to accept what they already know – eating crap is doing you no gd.

remove all eggs and replace with another protein source, It’s a common food allergy. If it’s not that do the same with the chicken. Stop cider vinegar because that can cause issues. Replace peanut butter for almond. If i had the above diet.my stomach would be a mess, now i  eat only fish with occasional beef meals. Find the foods that work for you. good luck

Hi there i am currently on fat loss process and i am having this diet.
Morning i drink one tablespoon apple cider vinegar and 10 gms glutamine and one scoop of greens powder with one teaspoon of pink salt in it in hot water.
M1 8 egg whites with 4 whole.
Then workout. And after post workout.
M2 cream of rice 100gms with one and hlaf scoop of whey protein isolate.
Psyllium husk after this meal 10 gms.
M3 100 grams jasmine rice raw weight. With 180 grams of chicken.
After this meal i get heavy gas we doesn’t stop till night.
M4 whey protein isolate one and half scoop and 30 gms of almond.
M5 180 grams of chicken and 2 tablespoon all natural peanut butter.
M6 is white fish 250 gms and 2 tablespoon of all natural almond butter.
And again in night psyllium husk 10 grams.
My current weight is 83kg.
And my daily steps is 12500.
Please help on this.
@hillydoc @clare barks

Firstly, I wouldn’t have Psyllium husk with your post workout meal. You’re slowing down the digestion of nutrients that you want to assimilate quickly post workout by adding fibre here.
If your issues continue after removing the Psyllium husk, maybe look into a different protein powder as you may be experiencing some lactose intolerance with your whey post workout.
If that isn’t the cause, then I would experiment with different food choices in M3.

the issue clearly lies within M3…
1) replace the carb source in this meal
and/or
2) trial removing the p husk that precedes the meal and then eat m3 as normal, see hoe digestion is then.

Depends how serious you are about wanting to ‘Optimise’ every aspect of what you’re doing. Oats post workout aren’t the ideal choice because of the slower digesting carbs and fat content, but if you enjoy them and are getting the results you’re happy with, then carry on.
Products like rice, rice cakes, jam, bagels, cereals etc. would be my go to carb choices post workout and utilise the oats in your post post meal or before bed.
Just be aware too, that if you are eating oats over 3 times a day, every day, then you may eventually build up an intolerance to them, so it’s always a good idea to vary your sources.

What’s a ladder? I usually hit an incline walk or the bike. Never used a stair master in my life.

Why do you need to replicate a Stairmaster? There’s nothing magical about this machine. Just find something that raises your heartrate and burns some extra calories. Any form of cardio equipment will do the job, as will a brisk walk outside.

I was talking about stairmaster bcoz it is very good for leg separation and nowadays i see everyone doing stairs so i raised this question
Who told you that stairmaster is good for legseperation?

Of you are a „hardgainer“ on legs it‘s mostly an execution/undereating or too less recovery problem so I think stairmaster isn‘t the wisest option for somebody with legs as a weak part. Learn to execute perfectly eat in a kcal surplus and recover properly then you can think about upping the frequency of legdays . Stairmaster will not build bigger legs imo.
Thank you for clearing up my doubt about this. I will Surely incorporate your advise into my routine. 100 percent ????????????????

I got the point i will stick to my incline liss cardio and thank you everyone @haider-mehdi amd i was talking about just normal building steps to climb up and come down the heart rate should be 120 to 130 what do u say.

Yeah bro that would be fine. Just find a building tall enough as if you are coming down to keep the heart rate high you will have to run and I don’t think that’s safe of good for your knees etc

I am hard gainer on legs so i am little bit scared of the cardio to much which effect my gains.

———-

I wouldn’t worry. Just use which ever form of cardio you prefer and that you can keep you heartrate elevated with. I personally like a watt bike.
