Update: hunger still has not come back and I don’t even feel like I’m on reduced calories still. Was my cal drop too fast? Weight stopped dropping a week ago as well. Had a refeed and weight went up and still hasn’t come back down from that either. Also getting 14k + steps in a day and digestion and bowel movements seem better.

No change in food just the quantity. Blood work was perfect 2 weeks ago as well. Just keep pushing and go by what the mirror says? Good to hear from you bud! you’ve helped me a bit when you first got on here[/quote]
    My pleasure.
It’s a very confusing thing to happen.
Is digestion and bowel movement normal

Hard to say bud. My gut is never 10/10. Best I can get is 7/10. But right now I will say food is sitting a bit heavier. Whether it’s cor or rice, chicken or whey. Bowel movement at eod and bit stinky I’d say

Could be something comp unrelated to diet. How’s sleep and stress levels. What’s training like right now? Changed any drugs?

Sleep has been better than normal since I cut caffeine out 3 weeks ago. Stress is also at a low right now. And no just test cyp brother. Do you think I may have dropped cals too low? And trainings has been the same. Low volume e4d split. I feel strong. I would be more than freaking out if my training was negatively impacted

Could be a bug or something, you would obviously expect hunger to increase. May improve in a week or 2

I absolutely hope so brother. My blood sugar is staying relatively low as well so it just may be a bug

    What’s happening with body weight

Body weights dropping like normal. Everything’s looking good except for hunger. I’m so used to having that pit in my stomach when calories are dropped. The problem is that throughout my offseason my hunger ( esp at night) was high and only now did it stall immediately.

@kuba just an update. The dosing helped a lot bro thank you.
I have been on almost no fats for 10 weeks with 2 refeeds in that time frame so my previous refeed did nothing I assume because now I’m eating more and feel a lot better and am back to beating the log book. Sex drive and joint pain no more bro thank you.

That’s too much imo at that dose of test and this may contribute to feeling little tired buddy

What do you think would be sufficient? I’d hope that’s the culprit since I can just change that.

Take a couple of rest days bud followed by a few sessions of baseline volume and that should have you perfect by the end man

It’s a sign of needing either a refeed or a deload or both
I would need to see some pictures please and more info
    Sleep ? Appetite ? Digestion ?

@everyone thanks duly noted and Kuba I’m coming off of a heavy refeed day plus a cheat meal.. taking some time off this weekend then re approaching training . If it persists, going to get blood work done.

Appetite is high and sleep is good (so it seems). Diet and water is regimented so it’s hard for me to pinpoint what exactly it would be other than an issue with recovery. Do you think it’s best to deload by limiting each exercise to one working set vs my 2 or 3 or would it be better to take full rest days?

@clare that’s what I am currently doing! rest days never hurt! thank you

@haider-mehdi @youngoscar around 10 weeks I have run this split. I’m going to go to 2on1off next that seems very ideal. and old hip injury acquired at work haven’t had worked on in a year almost. I rule it out because I have made progress whilst under pain and discomfort but I can’t take it out of the equation I guess when things halt.
sleep is very good and stress is no more or less than it’s always been. thank you all for the input and questions btw

@ sas, absolutely not, I manage a liquor store. I sit down all day and I train in the morning… on another thread I saw you tell someone to try going back down to maintenance which for me is (if 15cal per bw) 3000 for a bit. I started that yesterday. what do you think?
