first prep. I have gotten down to 6.5%bf @ 190lbs in a 5 wk mini cut before I started my “off season” 10 weeks ago. having issues posting pics atm. just want to know “diet wise” what I can do.

thanks Stephen, Assuming my source is half way legit, how would you go about with your pre workout nutrition? I’ve had intense hypo episodes in the past but I also wasn’t strict on tracking my food intake back then.

@sasan no sir, im in a cut. i started at 3030 am currently @ 2000. when i get this back fat off i plan on getting to 230 (by raising calories weekly). last year i was in the 220s (lean) and at 4600 calories. but due to personal/financial hardships i fell off very fast. just want to know if im going about this in a good manner. youre spot on about the “over-thinking” i have a blk belt in doing that haha

and no I’m not dieting for a show I might do the lackland classic later this year though. im wanting to build up as much muscle as I can ( switching to npp and dbol) so when I’m ready I won’t have much to lose on my first actual prep

update: I’m at 2000 calories (220g pro and carbs 22g fat)
dropped to 188lbs. the stubborn fat arnd my lower back it still present, legs are crisping up and strength is still the same stamina not so much. moved my carbs around my lifts (pre, post and post post)I’m assuming that I need at least a bit of fat to grow so around 185 I will start adding food at the rate of 200cal a week depending on how I react. one thing I’m noticing is my joints are starting to hurt on heavy squats and bench even with sleeves. any sort of advice would help! y’all are the best

thanks guys I just lowered to 2200. was hesitant because I was I’ll informed, but I need this stubborn fat off. I’m gonna start adding food in @ 100-200cal a week and cut cardio once I’m where I need to be. this app really is worth wayyyyore than we pay lol! thanks guys once again
