Hey Corinne it may be her I will pass that message on thanks.

Fair enough with the stage weight I guess you could never make a prediction but has been interesting reading how you feel coping with maintaining a body fat level outside of your comfort zone in order to make the gains you feel you need.

Am looking forward to following this through to you stepping on stage 🙂

    Hi Corinne,

Looking forward to seeing you on stage and the improvements made. would you expect to see a dramatic weight difference considering the push in terms of your off season?

also what would be the best way to contact you about coaching? my girlfriend has submitted an inquiry on the website but is yet to hear anything.

    Cheers

Very interesting to hear your approach to the off season and having a simple yet measured approach.

    Sas,

Well done on breaking IG looking crazy!

watched your latest video and like your mindset. had a question on your off season if you dont mind me asking. you say about having the things you want pizza etc. my question is how do you go about monitoring/managing BF levels and conditioning do you balance it out with cardio or high/low days or do you just know that you can turn it on when you need to come show time so not worry?

Thanks Sas, I think i may try that approach myself with longer ester once a week see how my body responds.

how did you rehab your shoulder was there anything in particular in terms of exercise or treatment or did you just back off and adjust training till it improved?

looking great saw the IG post looking crazy for 10 weeks out!

Sas, thanks for reply i have never seen that method before clearly it works. do you alter any approach to compounds like longer esters? how are you getting on with your shoulder? have you got full ROM back?

Sas ive seen you mention when you mix compounds into one jab. is that you saying you only jab once a week or do all compounds at once?
