@anethor what’s the update on this mate? A few years ago I got sick and my liver values went ludicrously high from Anavar but never got it tested in a lab! All tests on me, ultrasound etc were fine and within 2-3 weeks values were back down to normal and never had an issue since but haven’t taken any orals like anavar, dbol etc!

    Great leg session tonight!
This was a new rotation as I’ve been getting alot of pain in my right hip so the whole structure of the workout was based around max progression and max safety.
Loads on leg day were obviously getting a bit too silly for my old body haha
To alleviate that new exercise order and selection with no low number top working sets, all 12 and second ????????

Have you seen someone regards the hip pain dude? I’ve recently had the same thing been out of legs for a while, nightmare! Long leg problems.

Small update, re run of blood work through GP attached everything looks in a good place! ECG came back fine, urinalysis came back fine, awaiting results of a private sleep test and GP looking into potential over active bladder causing me to not really utilise any of the water I’m taking on board efficiently.

@hilly I have booked an appointment for tomorrow afternoon, will see what they say.

Thought Dean could shed some potential light, as my GP’s are useless.

@hilly I haven’t been to my doctors yet, as only just figured out the pattern and genuinely never physically noticed it before until the recent issues. They don’t always spike so high, but there is a definite theme.

    Hi Dean,

Old thread but been doing some reading through old questions.

What are potential problems/ causes of blood pressure being higher at night than in the morning?

    Thanks,

    Ash
