Hi guys sorry I made a few mistake here lol
Firstly – I meant LOW EGFR
Supps currently taking,
Litterally every health supp on the market in one way or another, supp needs, jp etc etc..Test was taken on rest day (after a back day) around 6pm – not fastest obviously…
My blood pressure is on the higher side, around 140/80 which is indicated in a few other markers on my blood work being slightly off..
However since then I’ve lost about 3kg and its slowly starting to fall.. currently around 132/76 mark..

If you’re looking for the ultimate Intra workout, then I’d opt for MPS MAX, SUSTAIN and Creatine. Then eat your post workout meal around an hour after training.

as from my research decent serving dose wise will have me eating through these tubs at a crazy rate..?
not looking for the absolute ultimate, more so just the best alternative between the two mentioned… and which would have the most benefit and least taxing cost wise

just to jump in on this… so for example if you have pre workout meal 1 hour before, your intra shake (peptopro and cluster dextrin) … would you have a post workout shake still? say whey iso n glutamine? then post workout meal 1 hour post shake?
or would you remove the shake and just run with a post workout meal 1 hour post workout (and intra shake)
Never really been into the intra stuff before, and thinking about trying it..

A post workout shake wouldn’t be essential in this instance, no. You’re already getting a protein feeding utilising the peptopro during your workout. Just get a good meal in around an hour post once you’re in a more relaxed state and digestion is more optimal.
