i like to use 3 days on 2 off just found that i fell great weight jump and pump in first days after that missing the effect.

not just me mate.dozen guy’s mentioned in other posts. if you look older posts i actually mention few brands on all posts just that bloods where done on this brand nothing else. it’s only 6 months old thats why its nice to track it how its continuing testing. old brands like rohm,swiss dimension,sphynx don’t need to be tested they always work.
