    he went from 400mg to 550mg of test and he obviously made progress. thats an increase in 150mg.
    npp has an anabilic ratio of 125 and test has 100 so its more anabolic (better in building muscle) than test.
    if he takes 250 mg of npp thats his last increase (150mg) + 100mg more of a substance thats more anabolic anyway.
    he never used deca before so it might be smarter to start low to see how he reacts in terms of side effects.
    obviously he always has the option to increas the dose if needed but if can progress on 250mg why should he take 375?
    imo its just not smart to jump on the max dose straight away.

    this will usually depend on how long your cycle was, how hard you have pushed certain things and how fast your body will recover. i would do bloodwork after 8-10 weeks to see where you’re at with your liver enzymes (if orals have been used), your lipids, rbc and your general health markers.

    1. don’t force feed. if its too much volume for you, just change your food/carb sources (for example rice/sweet potato/oats to whole wheat wraps or pasta). if needed (only if needed), you could reduce the veggies as well.

    2. personally, i even had success with adding 200 calories but generally an increase of 200-400 calories should produce the desired results (better do it slower than too fast).

    3. sooner or later, bodyfat will start to accumulate. the speed of bodyfat accumulation is important. i would mainly add carbs esp. the first 8-10 weeks. if you gaining bodyfat too fast than it might be smart to do a mix of protein and carbs or even protein only (esp. if you are struggling to recovery from your sessions). i wouldn’t add a lot of fats except if you really struggle with your weightgain.

    i would add 1000mg calcium daily and 250mg magnesium citrate 3x a day.

    325 mg is a big jump. i would dose a bit lower.
    maybe 500 test e with 250 npp.

    it totally makes sense now but before, i always thought that you need to be depleted and flat most of the time to loose weight optimally because thats what you always hear. its funny… last wednesday, i even woke up in the middle of the night and couldn’t sleep anymore because i wasn’t able to figure out why you did all the refeeds xD. once you have figured out how much carbs/fats you need to fill back up, will you stick with this amount of food for the next couple of refeeds or might this vary from refeed to refeed?

    only do meals that you enjoy eating, even if it takes you a bit more time to prep them. use treats (obv. calculate the calories/macros in) to satisfy your cravings. don’t buy shit thats not in your diet!!!if you don’t have it at home, you can’t eat it!!! always prep your meals in advance, never run out of food! always take some kind of “emergency meal” with you if you are not at home. only go foodshopping after a big meal when you feel really full! drink at least 4 l of water a day. eat a lot of veggies with and between your meals.

    hey jordan. i think i finally understand your refeed strategy. seemed really weird and illogical to me till now. would you use this strategy only for very heavy guys (like you and sas) or also for smaller guys with a high metabolic rate?

    offseason or contest cycle? doses on your 1st and 2nd cycle? whats your stats? hows your health (bloodwork)? do you want to stick to test or do you want to add another compound?

    i personally prefere sleeves. you will get 5-10 kg out of good sleeves and they will keep the knees warm. wraps can damage your knees over time and it’s a hassle to re-wrap your knees for every single set.
